App not working. I've been trying to apply for an investor number, app giving error message, can't validate IBAN and can't even allow to proceed after all details are provided. Same issue on the website, applying for new investor number is just not possible. I wish this to be resolved soon

Fast app and provides all services to the customer

You only forced to download this app, because many of the services are not provided by adx, only through it. But guess what? It doesn't work. It have been days of constant attempts to simply issue an investor number, with always the app giving try again message. Tried calling them 10s of times with waiting times up to hours, with absolutely no one picking up. Emails? Forget it. They are not even bothered to check them. Even their website closed an IPO before deadline.

Absolutely terrible. It's mind-boggling trying to find stocks and where to buy them. The prompt messages look terrible. Takes 10 minutes on the phone waiting for someone who doesn't really want to help. Horrid experience.

It ask for update but no update available

Very disappointed as first time user of this app. A lot improvement is needed. It too.much slow, not responding always. Not allowing to issue Investment Number.

Pathetic App! Server is not supporting it and ADX chat and call helpline isn't responding. Unable to get Investor Number after 2 weeks of trying. Its not loading complete data during login. Worst experience ever with any digital platform!

Not working! Constant server errors, unable to correct personal details, NIN application not progressing. Total waste of resources!

Improvement needed.Can't apply for new investor numbers.App not allowed to fill many slot in 1st page like passport no,expiry date etc although login vide UAE PASS.Without these documents update the submission showing error.

It is showing update error, try again later. Not reliable. Chat is also not user-friendly. Should work on customer satisfaction more!

Everything you open this app for jogin with UAE pass it's hanging. It doesn't not take full information from the Emirates I'd. It is frustrating to use this app

Cant request for invest no.. it gives constant error, tried more than 10 times.. also the form is not loading on the website..

Disappointing. What a waste of public money. The citizens of the UAE deserve better use of their resources. The developer company should be blacklisted. So many problems with this app and the website.
