I really like to play this game in my spare time especially the events. But it seems like nowadays, some of the levels have become a huge chore or they've just become too hard to surpass even with items that cost gems. I will waste so much effort/hearts because I was either unlucky or the game has LITERALLY changed my move. There will be times where I will try to swipe left or right but it will end up going up or in the opposite direction instead. Both issues have really made me enjoy the game less and less over time. It's rewarding to beat a level you've lost a few times to.. but having to retry the same level over 20+ times over the span of 3 days while wasting items is something that's really frustrating to me and has really made me question why I still continue to play.

It's a Sailor Moon themed free-to-play mobile puzzle game and you should know what to expect from that. The music is cute and catchy, the graphics fit the game, your hearts you need to play levels refresh at a decent pace and you get to play through the entire series' story. However, like many free mobile puzzle games, you will eventually reach a point where it seems you need to spend money to progress unless you get really REALLY lucky. Transferring save data is a bit bothersome too but it's overall a nice little game for fans of the series.

I am disappointed to hear that this app is being discontinued. 😔 As a Sailor Moon fan I was excited to see a game based on Sailor Moon. I found the puzzles challenging and fun. The extra events were nice even if I never succeeded at them. The animations and character art were very pretty. I hope the decision to close this app changes or someone else picks it up. But it's been fun while it lasted and wish I had had more free time to play it. Many thanks to the app developers and Bandai.

I've played this game for over a year and enjoy it for the most part. The special events are fun but it can be hard to complete them without buying in game gems. currently I've been having a lot of technical issues where the game will load but once I'm on the main page to pick a level to play nothing responds to my taps and the game just sits there without me being able to open a stage to play. it doesn't freeze but also won't let me progress.

I've always liked these kinds of games so it's fun. However some of the events are too hard to complete nowadays so I either get a third level character or no character at all. Events feel more like a chore now and I dislike how main senshi (like Uranus and Neptune) were event prizes and not obtainable in the main game. I feel like there is a better way to handle the password system, maybe even change to another saving system entirely, so that I and others do not lose our progress so easily. Had to uninstall this because my last phone died before I obtained a new password. I followed this game ever since it was released and it was fun while it lasted 👋

Good game I would give this a better score but every time an event is nearing its end it won't start up properly and I can't open the app. It fixes itself once the event is over but that is really frustrating when I'm trying to finish an event; I lose my chance to get characters, like with the Uranus and Mercury character pair event, because of this glitch

I loved playing this game since it first came out and was the longest running app I ever kept on my devices (yes, even above social media), so I'm sad to see it go. It was a really good time filler while waiting or if I wanted to zone out & was the prefect mix of addictive and challenging. I'm sad that I wasn't able to always get all the special characters or through the whole series story but I'll hold on to my app code in the small chance it comes back. Thank you Sailor Moon drops for the fun.

I don't know why but every few days, I can't get the game to respond to me. It will open up but I can't open the events page or the trophy page or anything. It's stuck on the main map. It's so frustrating because I only have a tiny window of time to relax and do the things that I want to in a day and when it does this, I think oh great! Another day I can't play and I can't keep up with the events and get the characters that I want!!! Update: They still haven't corrected this!!!! So upset! The campaign wnds on Monday and I am 2 stages away from getting eternal sailor moon and it won't let me play!!!!! 😠😠😠😡😡😡

Having issues where the main screen does not react to commands after opening the app. Can't open any other pages. I have to reboot my phone to get the game to work, and even then it will still sometimes stops responding. Seriously considering removing of this isn't fixed. I never had this issue until a few weeks ago. I don't want to invest time into a broken app game.

i really love this game, we haven't had a sailor moon game in so long. i really hope they reconsider shutting it down, or port it to steam or such, just change the gem system to points, and add dlc for event character or the events are unlockable at certain points in the game: these are just my ideas, i'd buy the game if it was ported to steam, switch, ps4 etc. its seems a shame too lose a game like this, seems like quite alot of work went into it, just for it to be shut down.

I've had this game for several years now, and have transferred the data before with no problems. The last time I transferred the data to a new device, all my cleared levels and characters disappeared, however I still have my jewels and my game play achievements with google play. But overall a very fun game, so there's that.

I love this game, but haven't been able to play much lately. I Got into it a few days ago on my old phone (i had to replace it) and it keeps telling me there is a connection error. I've made sure this new phone has correct permissions and everything but it will not resolve. Someone from developing, please help! It happened on both phones. I have WiFi and data available.

Cute game, and I absolutely adore Sailor Moon, hence why I played the game even though I'm not really interested in repetitive and mindless games like this. But roughly 2 years ago, I lost all my save data out of nowhere and decided to stop playing. I decided to pick it back up again just three months ago because I'm weak for Sailor Moon stuff, and this is pretty much the only Sailor Moon game app, and once again, I've lost all my save data with this new file as well. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, seeing as it's already happened once before, but it's still extremely disappointing. Not telling anyone not to play it, but just letting future players know. I invested a lot of pointless hours on this game and twice I've had nothing to show for it, lol. So beware, my dudes

Fantastic game, I've been playing it for years. Lots of characters to collect, tons of stages, and frequent events. Has never crashed for me, which i can't say for any other games I've downloaded. Easy to gather power-ups without ever spending money. Not to mention it's super cute! Definitely recommend.

I just downloaded the app and thought it was pretty fun, when I'm hit with the news that it's going to be shut down... bummer. ☹️ The gameplay is nothing new, just another match-3 puzzle among many others, but the Sailor Moon theme gave me such a nostalgia kick that I would keep coming back just to visit this world again. I wish it would stick around. It looks like a lot of effort was put into it, too...

I've never played a game like this before, so it's all new for me. I was expecting all sorts of gross microtransactions, but so long as you don't fail 5 boards (or up to 8 with extra hearts from friends) in a row, you don't run out "energy" in this one. The graphics are pretty cute and the gameplay is simple enough to grasp right away. I'm surprised at how much I'm enjoying it.

It's sad that this app is being deleted. I've been playing for several months and had plans for leveling up characters and eventually going back after I finished all the route to get more stars. After finding that the servers will be shut down, continuing to play seems pointless. I'm rather disappointed, I was enjoying playing this game.

I love playing this game, collecting various characters and reliving the storyline. I will definitely miss it after the servers close and it is no longer playable. I hope somehow this will be able to stay up and running! (I don't want to resort to something like Candy Crush...I dislike the look of it.)

my only problem with this game is that it keeps interrupting your concentration with little animations saying "good!" and stuff. I'd do better if sailor moon stopped popping in front of the game board so you cant click or see the board while playing. tell me I did a good job after the game, not in the middle of gameplay!

This is my favorite Match 3 game on the Play Store. I've been playing it for a few years, and I re-download it first thing every time I get a new phone. I'm devastated that it's going to be shut down. Seconding, thirding, and fourthing the requests for offline playability. 😭

High risk of adware. -Requires contacts "for push notifications" which seems like a naive way to access user information, I've plenty apps which send notifications without this permission. Worse, they volunteer "you can shut your notifications off in settings", admitting you don't need it. -Access to device's storage. Not FOR THIS GAME, just general. If your FB gets "hacked", it's probably from something like this accessing your stored passwords. -Access to calls is not unheard of for identification, but sloppy at best when you can just login with Google, infringing at worse. Contextually here, I say infringing.

Was a great game I miss it very much but most likely won't play the company's games again. Not because the game wasn't good but because of how they ended it. No longer releasing content is one thing but the online only feature made the game No longer playable! I think patching that would have been a small price to pay to the loyal fans who loved it and paid money over the years!

This was awful. Not only did it take forever to download, it asked for a ton of permissions to make everything from phone calls to texts. I couldn't even use the game without the match three screen pushing hints on me after two seconds. This game is incredibly greedy, and plays like an unbalanced port. I'm sorry I ever tried it. If you like Sailor Moon, this is very likely to disappoint.

I have played this game previously on Samsung s10 but I upgraded to s22 ultra and I guess my new phone is not compatible with this game. Its keep saying connection error which I used both wifi and mobile data connection. Neither worked. I hope to see a better connection with this game. I truly enjoy this cute game. As a fan of Sailor Moon, I'm bummed that I cannot play the game on my new phone. 😕

Love this game to bits but am extremely upset that it's being closed down at the end of the month. It was challenging at times, but satisfying when I'd get past a super tough level. I am going to miss this game greatly. I hope they change their mind and decide to keep it around :(

I like a challenge but this is ridiculous. Levels become nearly impossible to pass later on without using items or godly luck. It would be more fair if items were more easily obtainable. Shame because I really liked the game otherwise.
