App is long longer available. With a zoo as fabulous as the STL Zoo, you should have a decent app with the map, information and ability to make the now required reservations! Very disappointed!
This is not an app. It keeps telling me this app is no longer available. So sad. Our St. louis is one of the best & you can't even get a good app. Come on ppl get it together & get an active app of us & all those that love to visit our Zoo!!!!
Who designed this? Worst UX ever. And the info just links to a webpage inside the app?!? Oh no, please hire someone to design and make this app wonderful. The STL zoo deserves it as it's ranked one of the highest zoos in the US.
App is too old for newer phones and then no maps at zoo so if I could give zero stars I would

Terrible app. Crashes constantly. Paper map and asking workers for information is a much better user experience and faster.

Won't even open on my phone. Please fix this as I'm going for my birthday in 2 months. I would like it before then.
Love that it has the map of the zoo on it and you don't have to use the paper kind if map. Love the info on it too

I can't use the map, which was the only reason I downloaded it in the first place.
They put a camera app in there that makes you think you can save the photos but you cannot.. They go on some sight sharing program am you cannot save or send them to anyone.. Delete that part and it's a decent informational app. But the bad photo part make me mad enough to delete app and rate it which I never do. I took several pictures of kids thinking that I have was saving them on phone but they were not there. Just lost a bunch of pictures
I was really looking forward to downloading this app for our upcoming trip to the zoo, but after I opened it- reads error & I'm unable to do a thing. Tried deleting it & downloading it again and it done the same thing. Very disappointed!
Haven't gotten it to open a single time. Have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nexus 5X.
The map's ability helps so much when walking around with a two year old who has such difficult time deciding what to see..and a small bladder.
I downloaded this to use the maps, but all it displays is "This app is no longer available." Sorry, but if it's not available, I shouldn't have been able to find it. Update the app, or remove it from the platform. Also, requires way too many permissions. Uninstalled.
