The app has improved dramatically in the last year. Fingerprint login now works. It's crazy convenient to be able to quickly pay my bill. There's not currently a way to give feedback within the app which would be helpful. It's a little frustrating that I can't save a past bill since that's often something to keep for one's records.

Application no longer allows fingerprint authentication with no clear path for the user to remedy the issue. Unsatisfactory user experience. Developers need to consider the user experience when pushing application changes. Unacceptable.
It was great until recently I am unable to give less than one star otherwise I would give it no stars. I'm not even able to log in now. I have a doctor's appointment on Monday and I have no idea how I'm going to do a video appointment considering I can't even log in it says that if there's an update to the app however I've updated the app I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and there's no way for me to get in.
Worked for a work,no issues. Then got an email that labs were available to view. Now app tells me I need to update to the latest version. What a joke... In reading other reviews this app is riddled with issues. The middle school responsible for creating and maintenance of this app should be ashamed. Fix your app!
App says new version, play store app is up to date. Last update April/2019. I can't use the app at all, not able to send or receive information from my doctor. This is helpful because the information is typed out not hand written or trying to understand voice mail messages.
I can't open any of my ct scan results nor my results from heart monitor. This app never works. Fix it I've installed and deleted its not my phone !!
had major issues with this app. went to the actual website for St. Luke's, tapped google pay. it brought up the red folder app "my chart". installed that app, tried logging into that app, went right through. came back to this app and it even even logged in. still needs to be more user friendly
Very convenient. Has all my medical information including test ran and the results. Shows upcoming appointments, can email my doctors, see my health issues etc. Extremely useful app.
It's worked great in the past, but now just says an update is available and you have to download it before you can login. But to updated app is in Google Play. Unusable until it's fixed and updated.
It's great when it works. Currently, the app says there is a new version available and to download it, but my app store says it's up-to-date. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still has the same error. It's a shame because I rely on this app weekly.
App used to work beautifully until very recently. When logging in it says log in failed and to download new version. Yet in the app store, there is no new version.
A piece of useless software. Will not connect with the website. I have left the App running for at least 10 minutes several times and no connection.
App is saying unable to log me in because the app is out of date.. its up to date on the latest version Google play offers and I have a newer phone. I've unistalled and reinstalled and still saying can't log me in because the app needs update. 😡
Worked just fine till sept 20, 2020 now I keep getting a message when I try to sign in that there's a new updated version. So I uninstalled since there was NO update button and Reinstalled and it still says the same dang thing!!!!!!!!! MAD
I downloaded this app specifically to do a video appointment. Despite giving it permission to access my camera and microphone five different times, it would not connect because "permission was denied". Deleted the app. Do not recommend.
Well...I used to love this app it was so convenient I could sign in and could get what I needed done in a snap, but now I keep getting an error that tells me that there is a new version that needs to be downloaded? Please fix it. I would like to be able to use this app again.

The app worked great for a while but now it just crashes every time I try to open it. I thought they would have fixed it by now as this has been going on for months, but it's still not fixed. Very frustrating.
The app used to work great. Now it just says a newer version needs updated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Still won't update so I still can't log in to my account. Sad!! Fix for 5 stars.
The app no longer let's me log in. Keeps telling me there is a new version available. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still same issue. If there is a new version what is it called? I use this app to communicate to my doctor frequently.
Cannot open it, only can access information when hospital staff sends notifications, otherwise have to wait and it's not fair you cannot get in when you need to! I'm on Android 10, worked fine only when receiving notice of tests or hospital tries to communicate with you.
Worked great until today. I need to look at some test results but can't. It says there is an update but when I went to the Playstore to get it, there wasn't an update. Please fix asap.
Based on Epic app. Need answers but not given an avenue to do such. Not fully operational yet. No way to correct inaccurate information posted. Doctors can't correct other Doctors records or information already posted in the Epic app despite the inaccuracies. Wrote to email in this app. Expect answers one week. Keep track of posted information. Report inaccuracies immediately. That error could be fatal.
Needs new version to log in?? Like others, I uninstalled and redownload yet I still can't log in because I need an updated version? Please fix this as my doctor's office relies heavily on communicating through this venue.
You get your lab results and can talk to ur medical staff if anything comes up and their response is quicker than if you call. It is also easier to handle pharmacy and cancel appointments if you are like me and end up having to cancel in the middle of the night
I can't get into the patient portal. It says that there's a new update but there is nothing to update. I have special appointments to save my life and I can't look them up. This is very upsetting and should have fixed a month ago.
The app is great when it works however, it fails to open constantly. The shelf life on this app is about a month, afterwhich, it's no longer any good. Sad because it's a useful app.
Updated: it's been fixed and works well now. It's a good app. can't log in. It just sets and acts like it's loading. It's not. if you can fix this I would really like the app to work.
