Says version 7.0.4, when I load it up, it says 7.1.2. because of this, the app doesn't work. I've reinstalled many times, but cant schedule a order or place an order. Edit: It auto updates from 7.0.4 to 7.1.2 nd there's no way to stop it because it's not from the play store, it updates within the app. Just saw it say the downloaded version, followed by a screen flash and a new build.
Several UI issues plague this app... it refuses to accept my credit card saying the expiration year is invalid. The birthday picker should not include your year of birth, or make it easier to change the year rather than forcing me to go back decades one month at a time. Finally, you cannot do anything at all unless you can get it to accept a payment card... otherwise you are stuck at the "add a card" screen. Very poorly designed.
I am not able to communicate through the app when something is wrong with the order. I need to call the restaurant. The entire idea of app based ordering is that I will not have the hassle of calling a place, reminding someone what my order is etc...
Crashes every time I try to edit items in an order. Add on other UI issues others have mentioned make this one of the worst restaurant apps I've ever attempted (unsuccessfully) to use.
sleek and stylish but tried to scan a promo code posted on a window front and wouldn't recognize it. Couldn't get the discount so ended up not fully using the app
This app will have you dreaming of great Mediterranean food in no time at all. Visually beautiful. I no longer work near Sajj, but keep the app anyway just to look at the pictures and to inspire me in the kitchen.
Crashing everywhere, not able to complete an order with first registration discount nor change address delivery. I love the place but this app sucks
Please make compatible with Android 10 5/7/2020 - Positive - new app is compatible with the latest Android. Negative - 10+ days after the new app release I still cannot login into my account...
app is functional, pretty easy to use, and tracks rewards
The promo codes they advertise don't apply at checkout properly.

Too busy. There are way too many things going on when you want to check out such as add this item, how about this, confirm this and confirm location blah blah blah. When I actually got to final check out there was yet another submit button to click. Without clicking that you would think your order was fulfilled but actually nothing happened. That's bad usability design.
