SAKPOLE e-SAMSAT JATENG

Online Tax Vehicle Administration System (SAKPOLE) is an electronic network service organized by the Central Java Samsat Provincial Development Team, based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia for online SAMSAT services (e-SAMSAT) that can be done nationally wherever and whenever through service applications mobile communication device (Mobile).

The application of the administrative and legal areas of SAKPOLE is:
The scope of taxpayer services / owners of motorized vehicles registered in Central Java Province. SAKPOLE is used to service 1-year Motor Vehicle Tax Payment and Road Traffic Accident Donation (SWDKLLJ) for ownership of motorized vehicles with personal names (individuals), with a maximum delay of 10 months from the end of the tax period.

Taxpayers who use SAKPOLE services, at the end of the online registration process will get a Pay Code that is used to process NON CASH payments through Channel banking services (transfers, tellers, e-Banking, i-Banking or ATM). The banks that work with SAKPOLE services are Central Java Bank, BNI Bank, Bank Mandiri, PT. POS Indonesia and BPR BKK Grobogan. For taxpayers who are not customers of these banks, they can still use SAKPOLE services and can make payments through bank-to-bank transfer facilities from any bank.

For taxpayers who have received a payment code from the SAKPOLE application, they can directly make payments through banking channels, both on behalf of the Taxpayer himself and on behalf of other people.

The payment code is valid for 2 hours from the date of issue. If up to the specified payment deadline and the Taxpayer has not made a payment, then the payment code is no longer valid. If you still want to make payments through SAKPOLE, then the Taxpayer can repeat the online registration process again.

Payment proof (e-TBPKB) can be downloaded through the SAKPOLE application and is valid for 14 days starting from payment. Within that period, MUST be exchanged with the original Vehicle Tax Payment Obligation Letter (SKKP) and the registration of the STNK is carried out. STNK which has not been approved and / or has electronic proof of motor vehicle tax payment (e-TBPKB) that has exceeded the time limit specified, then motorized vehicles do not have operational legitimacy on the highway.

Print tax notice (SKKP) and registration of STNK can be done at all SAMSAT Online locations in Central Java (Main Samsat, Assistant Samsat, Mobile Samsat, Samsat Drive Thru, Samsat PATEN, Samsat Gerai / Mall), by carrying and showing STNK and e-KTP Original is appropriate.
