Saks Fifth Avenue

So far, so good. Just downloaded it. The pictures took a minute to load. Once I viewed a listing and went back to my search, the other pictures were there. I was also able to use the app promo code AND a free shipping code together. That was wonderful. I will be using this again in the future. Only drawback I have seen is that there isn't a spot to enter a company name in the shipping address. Or, enough characters to do so. I would have preferred to ship to my work.

all good. Ive been using it daily for about 2 weeks and so far, no bugs, no timeouts, no crashing. orders go through easily. ONE thing that is weird is that I save my saks card to my account, but I still have to type it in each order. still, not that big of a deal. wont stop me from using it

Super easy super efficient super fun..... great discounts especially right now through this covid 19 situation every penny counts.... thanks Saks for being a great partner and always taking care of me (David) and my partner Rudy!!!!! 1 more thing. I noticed azi is no longer with Louis Vuitton.... is that hat accurate?

Not sure what is the point of having the app. It works slow, and not to mention the hideous designs, by designers? Out of everything i saw, maybe a handful was worth to look at. Everything else looked like trash, even that Pin mini dress by Versace looked dreadful... you can recreate the design by tearing a cheap dress and adding gold painted pins. What ever happened to the fashion industry? Designers promoting how to look homeless for thousands of dollars. Sad days.

Selection and promotions are good, but there's no selection between mens and women's in the sort menu. Given the app is mostly women's, it's nearly impossible to find men's items if you select any of the promotions in the main slideshow.

The app crashes quite a bit, I'm not sure why but it makes me a little nervous when I see something I want I do not want purchase it I live about an hour away from a Saks fifth store to but they do not have some of the things that I find on here. Please fix this! you know what nvm. I will download again when the interface because a lot better.

Fun app & easy to use. Pretty simple to navigate and makes ordering more convienent vs the web version. Only complaint is I can't seem to find product reviews on the app or a wishlist option.

DO NOT ORDER ON LINE!!!! The right hand dosnt know what the left hand is doing. When customers service rep doesn't have the answer they becomes flustered and hang up on you. Poor communication. No email confirmation. Orders cancled with out being notified. Funds are still on old.. In order to correct the problem you must resubmit the order and an additional amount of funds would be on hold. For a $8,000 order, you would think this company would have it completely together and efficiently

Open the app and it says this is no longer available on Android. Why not just remove the App all together? It can't be that difficult to support Android...feeling like they think Android users don't shop their store? Very odd. Regardless, don't download because it doesn't work.

App is so fast and easy. I had to get off my laptop and jumped into the app on my phone and finished my order. I was having problems placing my order on my laptop and when I got into the apps no issues!!👌👍

I don't understand why, all of a sudden, Saks would pull the app from Android users. I've bought items using the app, and used the app extensively to keep me up to date on sales. Just a dumb move to make when online shopping has become so much more the norm.

App is horrible. I put n shoes it just shows everything. I filter women still shows everything. Frustrating especially when u trying to find a specific item. Saks make to much money for app to be bogus.

Easiest shopping app to use. Very user friendly. Customer suppport button is almost on every tab. Almost as good as shopping in one of their stores.

This is a very easy app to use. What I found helpful was that when I searched a particular item, they included related items that actually made sense. Smart.

Updated to give them 1 more star. The app is at least functional now . They do need to integrate linking to Saks Mastercard account (like how Macy's and Bloomingdales app does for t heir respective store cards). Also would be nice to have a Saks Off 5th app, too.

Terrible. I can not view my rewards of any kind. I have to delete an item that is in my cart instead of being able to save for later. Ordering is just ok.

The app was very easy to navigate, there weren't any inconveniences. The browse section makes it easier to find what I'm looking for. Love it!!

Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars! I guess you don't want my money, because the website doesn't work and the stores are full of odds and ends. No worries. On to Nordstom's Hautelook!

Easy to use, great filters, they always provide a heads up on items on your wish list.

Why is there a no longer available for Android?? The app actually encouraged me to shop at Saks bc it was more convenient due to convenience and always readily available, notifications, favorites etc

So the app just redirects you to their website. If that's all it does just remove the app from the store entirely. This is a complete waste.

Not easy to navigate. Products do not align with website and shop runner not available. I will likely not use this app again. I order to go to website.

Why would they take the app away from Android users. that was a HUGE mistake especially in these hard financial times. you would think they would keep it. this is going to cost this company millions in the long run. android users are not going to pull up the website via mobile web to shop they are just going to go to the next company with an app.

The app is no longer available on Android. You might as well remove it from the play store than have the customer download the app 🙄

This was great until suddenly they decide Androids aren't worth it and now I cant use it... Hopefully its a short term thing. Just doesn't make sense

No longer available on android without notice???? Very unprofessional and weird because the app was working well previously.

Annoyed!! First the Bloomingdales app stopped supporting android devices and now Saks.. I'm getting tired of being treated like a second class shopper because of my phone choice..

I can't believe a high-end store no longer has an app (at least on my android) and a low grade website in today's high tech environment!!!
