- Fill in your personal details (name, date of birth, and email address)
- Create your own 6-digit Sakuku PIN
- Your account will be activated immediately and TopUp/Cash In Sakuku is automatically available for a maximum balance of Rp 1,000,000 for Sakuku and Rp 10,000,000 for Sakuku Plus
Also Theses are 3 options to activate Sakuku Plus services:
- If you are active m-BCA user (which do the transaction in the last 1 month) you will get offer to activate Sakuku Plus after you login
- If you have Paspor BCA/ ATM Card BCA, you can access the Settings menu
- Sakuku Plus activation or by selecting the menu Split Bill / Transfer / Cash Withdrawal then the application will be offered to activate Sakuku Plus
- Coming to nearest BCA Branch, for other customers and non-customers BCA and also bring your own identity card (KTP)

Have installed succesfully. Unfortunately, no further response recieved after sending SMS to BCA/Sakuku. Thanks Sakuku Team for prompt response. I have retried as suggested and no change on the result. I am using Halo (postpaid), which mean there should be blance for sending/receiving the SMS. Moreover, I used SIM1.
Sakuku app need to improve its payment facility from Bank issuer BCA (Bank Central Asia), there is no NFC and fingerprint functionality yet on enabled devices. It will be great if BCA add NFC payment functionality, also for BCA m-Banking app. If possible please add Bank Card Reader and data sender on its NFC, so customer be able to pay on EDC or payment devices with NFC Smartphone/phone enabled. Overall it's great for now. I am as BCA Customer will give 5 stars if they add NFC, fingerptint and others great valuable now days facilities.
Big turn off is when you do transaction on other merchant n required to scan the QR code from that merchant in order to make sakuku payment. This sakuku app doesn't recognize the QR code screen shotted from the merchant, and have no way to browse between app. Very inconvenient when have to ask friend help to receive the QR code screen shot before able to pay from Sakuku
This app isnt user friendly especially if you use phone with dual simcard. Feature reset pin if you forgot isnt avalaible.
Excellent service, easy and friendly user. It will be more worthwhile and fruitful if sakuku is having more joint Marchant and more attractive to offer discount when transactions used sakuku.
I got prompted with "Unable to register, call..." the first time time i opened the app. disappointed.
Not efficient sign up method, using sms? other apps would simply ask for otp. And that's simpler.
I hope I can use this app as e-payment like Flazz Card. Too bad it can not be usefull as Flazz

Tried to use, but asking to update first. So annoying as I was standing before the ATM
This application not flexible,must use the same phone number
Dissatisfying. Transfer some money from sakuku to BCA Account from 12/2, receive nothing until today. Had contacted the customer service both through email and halo BCA phone call (24 minutes), got ZERO solution. They gave me no report number, and just asked me to wait for 2x 24 hr. Already waited but still not receive the money. Hope to get solution after writing this.
