I ❤️ my credit union. I've been with them many years and totally trust them. I appreciate the option of the swirl branch, being that works for me. The customer service is GREAT!

Easy to navigate, and if there any issues they have an easy to find contact information option in the settings. Love this bank as a whole, been with them since early 2018 and don't think I'll switch any time soon.

This ap is in desperate need of user interface help. From the very begining it is confusing. Where you are supposed to enter username is unmarked and appeared to be just decorative spacing. The ap requests a temporary password....my password from the prior ap does not work and there is no information on how to get a temporary password. So far this is MUCH worse than the prior ap. Avoid this ap until it is fixed.

I have been with them since they where Group Health Credit Union and the people have always been very good to me never rush they take time to listen and help

Every time i open the app, i get an message saying that they could not load my accounts. Then when i try to log in, i get an error message saying that an error has accured and to try again later...? It was working great but now its not working at all...!

Using my current information I cannot access my account. Trying to register my date of birth is a nightmare. There is no way to type it in, instead I had to scroll back through 40 years of calendars to get to my birthdate. Then I was on the wrong month and it reset me all the way back to 2018. This is so frustrating. Not user friendly and a waste if time.

This has got to be one of the worse upgrades ever. I finally register one account successfully and go to register another account and I can't get by the verification page. Your phone support is hopeless and I'm going out of town and will need access to my accounts. So annoyed...

Per instructions, I deleted my old app, and have been trying to upliad the new app - for two days. It still won't load and I can't get into my account. I am in a good connection area. 😖😖😖

Unable to get pass verification of my account, just freezes on rgecscreen. After several attempts, i finally contacted Sala they didn't help me at all.

Just like the teller's, the app is helpful, and makes it easy to navigate banking needs. Even alerts you to closures and emergencies concerning the bank 🏦

Removed old review and bumped to five star default until I have more time to review the latest updates. I will say, the app is a lot more functional now. I can open it and have my balance rapidly. There's far less intrusive nonsense.

First off...why is the app so big??? I just need it to tell me what's in my account!!! I have to delete multiple apps to download when all I should have to delete is my original Salal App...in a day where Phone Companies puts a limit on your phone storage (cough cough Apple & Google) less app storage is best

The first app is way better than this new one. Very confusing!! I already enabled my quick login and put a pin on it but again and again it is giving me hard time to login coz I need to put in my birth year last digit of SSN and so on....too many hassles!!

**Major bug/security flaw**. If you have this app and another credit union's app installed and login with finger print, it opens up AND logs me into the OTHER credit union's app! (achieve financial). i can't even login to this one anymore.

I live full time outside of the United States. In Baja California Sur, MX I could not live here without Salal's great mobile app. I love the fingerprint access.

If I could rate this app lower I would, it lived up to the negative reviews I read about it during download. Been really disappointed in salal lately in person and online. Only reason I deal with them is for Tanya. (she is wonderous) this app really needs some help though, and hoping it can be fixed..

Keeps sayin server error when i try to deposit a check. Never had any problems in the past. No locations are open to deposit checks either.

I have not had a single interaction with someone where they were not kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The people make banking here the absolute!

After logging in I am stuck in the loading screen and I'm unable to check my accounts. I've tried many times and it always gets stuck at retrieving my accounts

We are unable to utilize this app to access bill pay on our mobile devices. The downloaded app on our Chromebook is different and we are able to access bill pay.

Cant log in. App doesnt even open, even after deleting and reinstalling. The App seems to be working now

Easy to manage. Feels like more options are on my tablet than on my phone but both are great for online banking!

Tbh I just saw this had a lot of negative reviews and haven't personally had any issues with the app. I appreciate that I can scan a check in now. 👍

A little glitchy on my Samsung (shaking screen when typing things with the virtual keyboard), but otherwise fine.

Easy to navigate and makes mobile banking quick. I rarely log in on the web anymore.

Works as it should, better than previous app. Not sure it does anything more, but certainly more secure.

Salal Credit Union app is clean, simple, and friendly; always accurate.
