This is utterly useless, crashes every time it is opened and I cannot even see my details. I have a good and current phone so it's not my device, don't waste your time with this app. Waste it waiting on the phone to talk to them, at least you will get somewhere eventually.

I'm trying to use the android app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 but I'm unable to click on any of the buttons. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, closing, restarting my phone and nothing works

Doesn't work on latest version of Android, main screen just freezes can't click anything. Note 9.

Such a terrible app, as others have said, unable to even load the app to login, it's ridiculous

Can't log in, when I do I can't press any buttons. Pretty much useless app

Can not upload a receipt as the app photo capture will not save.

Fabulous! The App. looks like it's been fixed because I couldn't see the faults that other people mentioned. All in one snap shot, quick and easy, easy to see how my money works with tax and how changes can be made for the future ☺

The doesn't work. It just freezes and crashes.

Used to work well, but now won't even get past the log in. The app freezes. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. Needs a rebuild.

Useless and not functional

This app is really buggy. It has error messages sometimes when I log on and I've had to uninstall the app a few times only for it to stop working again.

My balance up to three days old so spending on the go is out of the question. I think 3 more days on the development may help fix it.

I can't log in even when I rang and got a password reset. Please fix bugs.

Needs to be far more up to date with transactions, when that gets sorted, it should be good.

It's OK but almost never shows me the correct balance on my card which makes almost completely useless for what I want to use this app for.

I cant get in most of the time. Connection error apparently and annoying how the balance isnt live. If anz can have a live balance i don't see why you cant. Please fix asap!!!

Was a good App, what's happened?

If you cant give me a correct balance on my ANZ salary packaging card. Why have you developed the Tab. It seems like the Balance is updated at the most 3 times a week. Thats really poor when I can make upto 5 transactions a day.

This could be a great app but at the moment not terribly helpful. It would be good to be able to access a list of transactions. The balance also needs to be updated quicker if possible - it takes a few days to recalculate.

TERRIBLE App. - Capture and submit doesn't allow you to actually submit - you just capture the evidence, then you're left sitting there with no way to submit it. - Amounts show as POUNDS instead of dollars. :(

This works on my tablet but its absolutely useless on anything else.

It can't give a live balance

Pathetic!! Installed it, couldn't even log in. It was like it was frozen. Uninstalled it and installed it (4 times!!) Still in frozen state and couldn't do anything with it.
