Sales Play POS - Point of Sale & Stock Control

Everything is great however I just have 1 yet very important suggestion please 🙏🏻. Can you please add the feature in which users can pay a debtors debts all at once or like the total value of their debt and not individual item that they have purchased, please? I will definitely update my star review. The rest, are perfect. Highly recommended app👍🏻

I really like this POS.. all function i needed is almost there.. only 1 function that is not in this POS which is HOLD function.. i means we can hold the transaction temporarily and proceed with other customer..after that customer is ready & then we proceed with that holded transaction.. this function is really needed in retail especially when there are too many customer during peak hour... hopefully you can add this function very soon. This app was really great and easy to use. Our restaurant was running smoothly thanks to this app. The back office was also great and most especially the customer service who always ready to assist. Great job!

I was robbed by you people. I paid subscription for 4 shops and 8 employees and unable to access the inventory or even add employees or shops. I contacted your WhatsApp number several times and was promised a refund and to date never got it. YOU PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

After hours of testing various apps on various platforms I settled on salesplay. It is by far the easiest to set up and use. And is the most reliable of all the pos systems I tried. It has extremely good support and features. If you need a pos system don't bother with the others, Just go straight to this one.

This is an excellent app. plus it's extremely user friendly and anyone can easily adjust to its features. Its features are super awesome. Easy to manage & install. This will be a great addition to the shop because it makes life easy for sellers like us. I really needed something like this. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Everything looks good especially UI. But we can't backup the data unless you need to subscribe their premium plan. After 45 days you can't use back office web portal anymore. One more thing, we can't upload images in app, unless through web portal.

Useless app, keeps crashing and every update has a problem, when you fix something some other problem arises. Not recommended. I wasted too much time engaging with developer to sort out many things. Now I'm tired and looking for alternative.

It is an Good App, I really like the POS system , but there is one problem Adding of tax doesn't make sense and it is very complicated, I have done it multiple times and ask helpline to Sales play but the results of outcome is the same, or else everything In the System is Awesome , that the reason for 4 stars

i was using an other pos sytem but when i saw tyour programs layout i was impressed. im using it now and its fantastic. only thing i dont see on the system is when i need to pay a supplier there is no option to do that. it would be great if it could be added to the next update and maybe a purchase order to suppliers. thank you and keep up the good work...I will try the quickbook intergration for now. This is a really good app which helps my business a lot. I love the new version which is more user friendly and have many important features like partial payment settlements & credit receipts. Also the price is worth comparatively than other applications.

Although it appears to be a good app, at a cheap price, there is one big catch... There is no centralized stock management at the moment. In other words, if you have 4 POS's in your store, they do not sync. They all run independantly and have their own stock control and reporting. So there is no server with a database. This does not make sense and the developer says they are working ons this... But for now, you need to manually control your stock. What is the purpose of a POS then...

Looks promising and has better control than Loyverse but lacks cutsomer support and help. No reply from chat support since yesterday and the help center isn't that helpful. The developers need to make a video guide for easy understanding.

The program is really well designed, I'm willing to pay for it. But unfortunately it's not working, when I try to input a price the program keyboard doesn't work. I tried adding products and simulating a sale but the numbers won't come out .. it's useless like this

I am sooooooo wondering why this apps not let cash drawer fuctioning together with bluetooth connection printer, only for usb connection! . I had tried many apps of point of sales and it allows cash drawer work together with bluetooth. Why your apps have no function for that? So big mistake!

I have been using the app for the last 6 months. The concept and design is fantastic and unmatched with any other apps. Don't waste time looking for other apps. Support respond instantly. Pricing is not bad too. Great work. Keep it up

After almost a month of using this app, yes its useful for frontend use. But there are critical features and reports that have bugs like credit. Settlement and cash balance report. Support is responsive but im not sure if they are willing to fix the issues i raise almost everyday since im the one using their product LIVE which most likely they cannot see in actual business scenario.

You should put on a feature where you can use your account and its product lists in multiple devices without losing data moving.

PLEASE HELP... Installed but not working It works on my mobile phone Samsung S10e but when I tried to use it on my Samsung Tab3 it keeps on crashing. I tried many times. Please help, I badly need the app for our Snack Bar business. Thank you and God Bless.

I purchase this APP because customer service team reply fast, fix things fast. I use it for 1 year, and just renew for a year. I like that this POS app check out very fast, (scan barcode). It's good when you have a customer ready to pay at a counter. I like stock management & report. If the developer make stock like- centralize system, and add management cost like labour payment, parcel cost, the report (income) will be more accuracy. Anyway, I recommend this APP.

Everything is good except that the unit or regular price of the product is seen by the sales person. It means that the sales person sees your profit for each item sold. This is very bad. Work on it immediately if not l will stop using your POS. I just started using it one week. Am just getting sick because of that. Also you are not always online to chat so difficult to get you

I like SalesPlay POS app very much, it has user friendly interface... From last few days we are unable to share reciept via Whatsapp, it is always saying "Please.install Whatsapp" eventhough Whatsapp already installed in my mobile, I have checked in other mobile also, there also saying same... Please resolve the issue as quick as possible... Thank you...

I have been using this app for my restaurant business and it works great. The best part about this app is the customer support behind it which is awesome. Response to problems encountered is prompt and decisive. The app is second only to the customer support. Good job guys.

I just upgraded to premium version and the app keeps crashing everytime i launch in all my three terminals. Cant do anything. The latest update ' lots of options on the menu are not there no more. Cant even manage my users. Fix this pls

Great software for businesses. Programming is intuitive, and back office is a very important and potential tool to analice your sells. And all of that supported by a great team that offers 24h aid. I have not doubt: I've done the best investing for my business.

I really like to use this app. Very convenient and helpful. However, I cannot login to the sales back office to update my inventory. It really dissapoint me as I cannot link my ID with other apps of Sales Play Pos- Dashboard. Please fix it.
