I got this app to do client billing from home. This mobile version only gives me access to about 30% of the features, so it's totally useless to me.
This app will work well for about a month, then I have to uninstall it and reinstall. Even when it works well, it's not that great. It is not, and does not pre-populate much of anything. Not a good app.
Can't access cases as far as I can see. The ui is awful and it's just really clunky.
This app is always stuck syncing and frequently requires removal and reinstall. I only keep it because my company requires it.
Pain in the neck to have to enter a passcode every time I want to use the app. But, all the functions work in this version, unlike Salesforce1 which is a prettier app that does not work.
As live, despite them being months ago. Makes looking at plans for the day annoyingly difficult. Poor app
Having log in problem after six months of successful use. Have sent email and phone calls with no response from the company.
Neither this not S1. It keeps asking for my password, then my code, then password again. Goes in loop. Terrible and useless.
All it does is ask for my credentials fix it OK I would like to use it I'm only 16 and I need to use it for my classes
App crashes a lot and is hard to get to that day's event log on the galaxy
You type in contact and select the one you want and it shows a blank page... can't open contacts on my blackberry priv android device
Gets stuck at activation ... requests user name, password and passcode over and over again. Uninstalling!!! I needed this so that I could review my existing cases and work them on the go... chatter doesn't give this option.
The login information does not carry over from my SF account. It worked fine on my iPhone but not my android. Try again SF.
Salesforce won't accept my activation code and I'm unable to get help. Another useless unsupported App. 'Wonder how much my employer wasted on this piece of garbage.
It's a good start but needs some polishing. Needs a check in button for me to use every day. Desktop version is great. This seems more like 'lets see what the interns can do".
In theory this out how great functionality but was surpassed by salesforce1. It never loaded properly on my Android phone
Love sf! Love the idea of being able to use it from my phone, but this app needs an update, it keeps locking up my phone and is difficult to navigate
I can't view events in SF1. This has it right on the mainn screen.
I Phone users can log calls Android users can only view accounts..... what the!
App constantly logs me out, errors out etc. Why isn't Salesforce for Outlook available for Droid? Really is a waste of time to use this. I could use calligraphy faster.
Having used a number of CRM tools over the years, Salesforce is mist flexible, adaptable and robust! Great job SalesForce!
I was pleased to see this version had drop down menu's. Unfortunately, they really don't work. I'll try the less useless version of there is one?!
Fails to let me log in flashes up some txt in red so fast it cant be read and the have to enter password again..ground hog day
Also having my contacts when offline is super.
Does not allow me to log in with my work credentials!!
Salesforce1 was worse
Just installed went to look at the administration training material and it is only supported for iPhone and blackberry? Blackberry? That's cute. Limited capability as compared to website. I think I will go browser.
I used to use the salesforce1 app about 6 months ago and stopped using it hoping it would be better later. and now its not compatible with my Samsung s2 LTE so I tried using this version and it makes no sense. this is the first time I have come across an app that is not compatible with my device I'm going back to the web version garbage
