Salesforce Inbox

I rely on this app for work and have to use the templates to send emails. For some reason it will stop sending emails and will not notify me. Emails will sit in the outbox for weeks until customers complain that their orders were not processed. Nothing anyone can do will fix it. It's happened twice over the last year & I've had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it. Meanwhile Outlook and nine email continue to be able to send/receive email just fine. It's something about inbox

Another poorly-implemented great idea from SF. As an email tool it's sub-par; swipe gestures sometimes work on the first try, rendering messages containing rich text and graphics is horrible, and attempts to include a sound with notifications is a circular reference between the app and device settings on my Pixel 2XL. I'm going back to Outlook as my primary mobile email app & will use Inbox when I really really need to link a message with a SF record.

Great so far, but a little buggy. The syncing interval is odd - not often enough, and it's not readily apparent how to update it. There's also been times there wouldn't be alerts for hours only for bunches of emails to show up at once.

Lots of manual workflows but gets the job done. Better than having to give up a productive mail client like Thunderbird for broken ones like Outlook or hideously user unfriendly ones like gmail.

Just starting using the app and really like it so far! One suggestion...allow me to associate an email with an account and not just an opportunity or task, please. Thanks for considering it!

lags and crashes. opens an email and the screen is blank. have to close and reopen multiple times to read an email

The app works okay, but the widget does not refresh, so I have to go into the app to see my inbox. This leads to me to use Gmail more often than inbox.

This app is constantly crashing. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled several times and it still crashes at almost ever open

So problematic. Calendar invites never go through, calendar items don't synch with my calendar, it's just awful.

Odd android bug. When clicking on an android notification for an email it does nothing. I would expect this to launch the inbox app and take you to that email??

Can't even open it anymore. Constantly force stopping. And this is on a new & up to date Samsung Note 9.

Last few months the app is unusable constantly crashing! Utterly useless.

It's very useful. It offers Mail, Task and other functions. You'll enjoy it 😉

User friendly and pretty. Glitchy from time to time but overall good.

newest update caused the app to stop working, won't even open (Android 8)

Makes it so much easier to log emails and phone calls into Salesforce.

It's take too much time to update the mail and open a mail.

Great improvement with the update, works beautifully now.
