Janky, bloated app. Employees who aren't necessarily as tech savvy have a hard time trying to figure it out and end up not using it. Does not play nice with mesh networks. If you are in between AP's, good luck...the app will just sit there stuck on stupid forever until you force close and open it back up. A headache all around.
Very complicated app with so many glitches. Many options can be seen repetitive and looks very complicated. In app navigation crashes more often. Very poor and unprofessional developers not able to understand the user problems. They keep sending updates but still app is showing more issues.
Such a great app it is very beneficial to me and my team on a daily basis and it helps eliminate the misconception misled and improperly educated when it comes to properly setting up rooms Gathering supplies and locating materials needed for patient care It also helps with team members who are not as comfortable going to our clinical educator who sometimes can be a bit rude disrespectful. I enjoy helping educate my team with the app so they can better perform daily tasks!!
Not a great experience so far. Can't add products to my opportunities. Can't rotate to landscape for better visability. Starts in a stupid activity screen instead of a home page area. Almost worthless so far but I'll see if I can make this more intuitive for myself since it isn't intuitive from the start.
Completely unusable since last update, you can do a search , you find in your accounts or contact or assets, you click on it and it loads get an error so quick you can't read and load and so on continuously. And they force the mobile authenticator on us for the computer access... Such a great job
Constantly " updating " info for long periods of time, even when not used for hours. I suspect they are probably marketing my info. Will delete and just use thru work laptop .
Not a very good layout and not even close to the robustness of the desktop version. I am finding myself always having to find my way back to my laptop. Pretty lame
My employer Avery India Limited has asked me to use this app. It's a nice app but its icon picture resembles to Microsoft Onedrive which often creates confusion. Request to create a different colourful icon for this app.
Does all I need to be organized in the field ...at first it was kind hard seeing, creating reports..but it's a powerful tool.
One of the worst apps on my phone.to many glitches can take up to 20 minutes to load pity I need this for payslip. booking holidays etc.otherwise it would be uninstalled
Difficult to navigate and doesn't do anything you need. Might as well not even have an app unless you just want to view opps and such. No editing ability and very slow and glitchy.
It needs a overhaul. Was buggy before a few updates ago now it's constantly dropping network connection and you have to restart the app even in the middle of using it. Worse when going from wifi to lte. Fix this damn app.
Honestly, this app is close to useless. Clunky and hard to operate, ugly appearance and overall bad, bad UX.
This is Wrost application. Never seeing this before. Every page has difference query. Application management raise that hand.
So hard to use especially on a mobile device were not all the functions are working. Nightmare app.
Great for on the go. The bad is the number of tabs and sub menus and back and forth to get the information needed from a clients profile.
Can not access timesheets on the app, the website does not work on mobile and the MyHR tab is stated as an invalid URL. Thanks a lot Salesforce for making me lose a weeks pay, you really are the best.
I am a Long time user. I always find Salesforce to be ahead of the market and fantastic service.
Surprised by how many bugs and usability issues this app has. And I don't see improvement over time. If I made buying decisions for our company I'd definitely be looking elsewhere.

Really REALLY bad glitches in this app. every day. Without fail. It has a some legs & alot of potential but its such a pain to use that it puts you off doing what is required. Very slow in a fast paced environment. Would love to work with the development team to give real world feedback & help encourage some forward progress. I have no choice but to use it b/c it's part of my work role, but it has a long way to go compared to Microsoft,Asana and other products I've used. Hopeful for some updates
