Nothing fancy, but it was a great way to reset passwords or freeze users when you're on the go and the situation arrises. Now it just crashes upon opening the app.
Not quite sure what the point of it is. I can't even see all users in the list and there's no useful function beyond basic user management. To say it's a utility belt for admins is a massive overstatement. An app for admins is something I want badly but this doesn't cut it yet, so please add to it.
App immediately crashes after launching. I was able to get to the permissions screen, but was never able to look at anything in our instance. Only wanted it to reset passwords on the fly, but can't get there because of the crashing issue.
App Crashes on start. I have used this app for several years. It was never excellent, but now it won't even open. It crashes immediately.
I mean it TECHNICALLY does the thing... Yeah it lets me see users and do some very rudimentary things like password resets, locking, freezing....that's about it. For being "the 'A' is for Admin" it's frankly pathetic, cause everything beyond that is just links to either URLs or Salesforce1. But the thing that really gets my goat is that the interface for login looks like it's from Android 2.3. That's really really sad. You can't even make that effort, SF? Small, yes, but half-assed nonetheless.
No longer opens Sadly, the app crashes at opening after entering credentials. Cache cleared etc etc but no longer lives. It wasnt very good anyway if I honest
App only crashes when trying to open. Hasn't worked for many months. Crazy that a huge company like Salesforce would just ignore an app like this.
Crashes and won't connect when it doesn't. Limited functionality. No updates. Not what you expect for what we pay for this system.
The app keep crashing. I was able to change server, I enter my username / password, but after that the app closes. I'm on Google Pixel 5 with Android 12

Won't open on Samsung Note 20 Ultra. After putting in loging info, goes to blank screen with blue bar at top, app stops and drops me to home screen
Ugh. Won't even load after inputting credentials. I just want a way to reset passwords when not at my computer!
The developer needs to update the app for newer versions of Android. It's beyond useless with no update in 3 years. Come on Salesforce.
Just installed it for the first time. I can't even open the app - it crashes before it opens. Is there an alternative to this? TIA!
It would be nice if I could actually log in and see what the app can do, but considering that nothing happens when you tap on "Sign In", I'll just leave the 1 star for now. Hopefully, the devs will fix this soon
Similar to other user complaints, I get stuck on the main screen. Sign in button is unresponsive. Using Google Pixel 3a
The app worked fine for me for quite a while, but it won't let me reset passwords for users. Which is the main thing I use it for. I'm a bit disappointed in the app right now to be honest because of that.
Was a handy way to freeze users or reset passwords for users when not at home but now it doesn't even open.
Worked fine on my old phone but keeps crashing on Pixel6, can't even open it.
Would be useful if could see and lockout any user. Restricting access just to already locked out or frozen users is daft.

Not able to sign-in. Whenever I attempt to do so, the app take no action at all as if I did not attempt to click the sign-in button.

The app was never very good, but it always served the purpose of having a quick way to reset passwords. Now, with Android 12 on a Pixel 4XL, the app just crashes. I can sign in, but after that, nothing. I've also noticed that the last update was 3 years ago. Why can't they just integrate the functionality into the mobile app? Salesforce is obviously not supporting this anymore.
