Unable to login because the app assumes that you already have a username and password. There's no option to create a new account. This app really sounded great. Bummer... Two months later (4-14-19) and you STILL have not corrected the issue! Please add a "New User" or "Create Account " button.

For some reason, the US Businesses option has completely been bugged out and will forever load up when clicked on. Have tried multiple fixes, but to no avail. Most likely a bug that can be fixed soon.

As soon as I installed it, it kept asking for my username and password, but it never gave me the option to create one, in the first place. It just kept saying "invalid username/password." Very frustrating.

I have been having a consistent problem with your mobile app. Every time I attempt to do a search I get a “Failed Executing Search” error message. Basically it makes the app inoperable. I signed up for your service mostly for the app function, if it doesn’t work I will cancel. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and that does solve the problem for a short while, but eventually it does stop working. Please address this or I will be cancelling.

This app can be amazing if you use the monthly payment we're charged to invest in technology. The app works every 1 of 5 times I try it and has to be constantly reinstalled. I get a failed to execute message, but it's the company failing to execute on delivering a solid product...

Continued issues with this app. Cannot execute any search. Absolute waste. Will be deleting and cancelling sales genie subscription.

The sales genie app is a pathetic attempt! Half of the functions don't work, the app tells me that the businesses near me are more than 4000 miles away. After contacting customer service about the app I was told that I would just have to uninstall & reinstall the app and that should fix it. I would ask that if your going to market a mobile app to professional sales people then at the very least, make sure it works or have a service staff with more knowledge than an "uninstall & reinstall" technical abiliy

Not to easy to navigate on the, run

I have a note 4, I downloaded this app for use yesterday and I have not been able to log onto it. It says my username/password is wrong, yet I can log onto the website just fine. Please let me know if you can fix this

Keeps crashing every time I do a business search around me. Please fix!!!!

I try to look for Maryland businesses. Despite choosing MD from the selection screen, the search function changes it to Michigan.

This app is so easy to use and it's available on the go. No longer requires my work computer.

Not the worst, works fine on my Nexus. UI needs some cleaning up but I'm grateful I don't have to fire up my iPad in the passengers seat; way easier on the phone.

Constantly have to uninstall & reinstall so the searches work. "Failed executive search" keeps coming up. Could also use an employee & business type filter.

None of the functions work. My follow up is always zero. Never loads saved searches.

This is a great tool to have out in the field. Makes sales prospecting much quicker and efficient!

This is so much better than the last program I used to reach prospective clients and so much cheaper than the other guys with so much more info than I used to have

Filters are too limited
