The Salesmate App, while not as full featured as the web app is fairly robust and allows you to do many of the same things. The notification function is a great way to keep tabs on which leads are engaging with your campaigns and the Dashboard is great to see tasks at a glance. it also seems to work equally as well on iOS as Android and is one of the better CRM companion apps we have used. That said it would be great to have a separate tab for tasks, which differs from activities.
Love the UI. Super easy to use and update data while I am away from my system. Also, I can make calls, send emails, recieve notification and keep tabs on my sales performance makes my life super easy.
Best CRM I have ever tried. Love the integrated, calling and text messaging functionality that works flawlessly with both the PC version and mobile version. No more texting from my personal cell phone.

still new to it but very impressed so far. like how, I can add pictures, new contacts, edit, text/email, notes all from the app. we live here, so should our CRM.
I have been testing several different CMR services recently. Without naming any other names, I will say Salesmate was my personal favorite for ease of use, platform aesthetics, data management, deal management, emails, sequencing, templates, etc and the service is also top notch.
Great and convenient app. Can improve with how pipelines could not be accessed all in one page. Youd have to slide it left or right first

Best CRM on the market! We tried a few different CRMs before Salesmate and non of them were quite right for our work flow. Salesmate was a perfect match. Really customisable, easy to use and the customer support is 10/10. Would highly recommend giving them a go.
Both Salesmate's mobile 'phone app and desktop utility are very much meeting my expectations. There is an excellent mirroring of functionalities between the two.
Really good app. Need to fix Bluetooth where you can connect anytime while on app. Then would be 5 star
Great CRM with more features than other CRMs that's triple the cost. Very user friendly interface, very friendly and responsive support
App saying that my email was incorrect and the rep said to use a different one.. All for a trial period. That's senseless
One weird quirk is that I have to quit and reload the app in order to see new texts.
We did our homework. This app had all the options without the extra price.
It is slow loading any pages. Too bad, because the app has great functionality

Does it works at desktop and mobile as well? Will it record clients calls i.e conversation between client and salesperson?
This is a very usable system. I tried about 6 or 8 others before I landed on this. It has everything I need and the customization scheme allowed me to make into something that works for me and makes sense in what I am trying to accomplish. Great Product with good support response right on the salesmate screen in a matter of minutes.
