Sally's Salon: Kiss & Make-Up

The game is so frustrating. The graphics were great. Yet tapping on the items during the game takes too long and most of the time if I tap on the coffeemaker, I usually have to tap it nonstop just to get Sally to dawdle towards it. It's so disappointing really. The storyline and the graphics just couldn't make up for the defects on its slow tap response.

I would love to play the game, but it's like the calibration is off. I touch anything, such as hairspray or hair dryer, and it doesnt register trying to select it. I know it isn't my screen, because I was just playing Welcome to Primrose, and it was fine. I can't get past the first lvl because of it. I have cleared out all data, unistalled, and reinstalled, 3 times now. Is this a bug you need to fix?

It looks like an awesome game-love the story, the animation,the dialogue, all great.Problem is that on Android it's a nightmare to play.It takes about 3-5 taps on something to get it to respond-which makes getting a good score difficult.Lags out at times, or gets choppy so the animations aren't what they're meant to be. It's so frustrating to see that this is an ongoing issue that was never resolved. **Edit: Game is still unplayable. I'm uninstalling it, this may be the end of my subscription.

had to update my review. I played the 1st levels months ago and everything was great. Now I buy a subscription and the game is FULL of glitches. Cleared my cashe, checked my memory, closed all open apps. Still only responds to touch every once in a while. Completley unplayable. **updated** Okay, still glitchie but I finally figured out that the touch screen is off, it's a tad to the right of the object. So at least I was able to finish the game. Really punny, outrageous storyline. Fun.

The story is kinda funny so I decided to play again despite the nightmare controls. During my first replay I thought about how you have a 'helper' that can things so I focused on getting diamonds so I could upgrade their ability to do different treatments. Fully upgraded they can handle every treatment or almost every treatment for that area(including the ones with minigames!). It makes the terrible controls less annoying. There's still no excuse for how bad the controls are though.

I love the game. It was great. Storyline and everything.. It had a lot of drama, sarcasm, definitely a lot of funny moments, even the suspense caught me. It was just great all around. my rating is really a 4 1/2. I did have an issue which was with the controls but it could have been a glitch with my phone than the game.. either way I found a way around the glitch and still played it to the end. Now I'm waiting for the next one. 😊😊😄

EDIT: It's obvious they don't read these reviews. Their responses are identical, even when their solutions are addressed in the review, and they don't respond to the email that give you. Cannot get past opening screen. Tried uninstalling and re-installing. No change. I get to the screen where it asks if I want a tutorial, and no matter where I tap, nothing happens. All other games I have on my device have zero input problems. Which is sad because I used to love these games.

This game has a great story line, truly creative, BUT actually playing the game is really rough. When you click on the items in the game it doesn't respond, and you lose your groove and fall behind, not able to catch the mouse, can't finish the tasks... I wish that wasn't the case for this game. It truly does have potential to be great. However, I uninstalled the game because it was nearly impossible to progress. If this gets fixed I will be more than willing to try again.

i wanted to give a 5 star but due to technical issues i can't give it a perfect rating. the game keeps crashing, sometimes, its unresponsive to touch or it just hang up. The gameplay are much longer than the other games GameHouse produced and storyline are quite entertaining and the graphics CGI are well done. every level have a story to tell. Sally's Salon reminds me of the same animation from Emily's Delicious compared to all the rest of the gamehouse games.i love this one except the tech issue

Isn't really able to be played. When you touch a word, person, object etc., nothing happens because alignment is off. You have to tap around to try to hit the right spot. By then their patience has gone down, you didn't grab anything, and you fall behind and unable to finish the level.

This latest Sally's game has a great storyline, and a cool new feature where Francois can be assigned to work various stations, and the animation style has been revised a bit from the previous format. The only thing I don't like is that the character of Sally herself has turned from a smart, chic, savvy, fun, down to earth entrepreneur, into a woman that's goofy (jolly jig), easily duped, and slightly strange.

Sally's Salon is an awesome series on PC, but the mobile version is unresponsive. Tap has no effect, only once in a while. Moreover, it doesn't even have an in-app Feedback option, so the players could send data regarding the issues. Since it's made by the same people who created Delicious World, this is really hard to believe. Why are you killing this series?

This game doesn't respond well. I have to hit items two or three times to get them to function. I'm quite disappointed; I like Sally's series very much, hence the two stars. Since I paid for a subscription that costs me a walloping $9 dollars every month you'd think these kinds of glitches would have been resolved more quickly. There are many other subscriptions were I can invest the same money in; instead of sinking into a subscription that releases such shoddy games they're actually unplayable.

I'd really like to play this game and am on my third time trying it out. The issues I'm having are the same issues that most of the others are commenting on: the lag in the game, you have to tap to the right of the item if you want to use it so it makes it impossible to even pass each chapter because the score's aren't as good as they could be. I've played ALL the other games w/out any issues so I'm inclined to say that the problem lies with you guy's and not OUR faults as you seem to imply.

I love the game but having issues with being able to actually select things I want to do or moves I want to make. So bad I can't finish playing. I have brand new phone so don't think that's the problem & it doesn't seem to be on every level. Very frustrating.

I'm a fan of all the other gamehouse original games but this one is not as good. Calibration is still off (looked back and it was a problem in 2019) thought I could overlook it but it's just too frustrating.

Took forever to download. I can't get Sally to do anything without tapping chairs over and over. All the hit boxes are basically slightly to the side of an object. It also moves at a snail's pace except for that one dance animation after the level for some reason.

UPDATE: Tried playing again months later. STILL freezing buttons and game play. Don't know why the creators aren't listening to anyone to fix this bug!! Had to uninstall the game. I hate that because it seems like such a great game and story. Game freezes too much and completley nonresponsive to touch. Please fix this instead of sending everyone the automated responses to "clear cache" and all that. It's too good to lose so many players over.

Super disapointed that i cant get the game to work for me. Every other app/game I install has no issues , i dont understand their suggestion about turning off all apps to make the game work. Why for this one game should i have to go through all this trouble, sad thing is I really wanted to play it, as the first Sally's was by far my favorite, it was the most challenging and engaging, sometimes the other games are so simple its just dumb. Oh well

This was a good game on the PC, other management game adaptations to mobile have been good from Gamehouse, but for some reason, this game has bugs that make the game unenjoyable. The tap area is misaligned to the left slightly, and the skip button doesn't always work, especially when pressing multiple times. The game will freeze for a second, and then Sally will be very fast the next. It feels uncomfortable to play.

I have played their other Sally's games and enjoyed them so I was looking forward to playing this one. sad to say this game has a lot of potential but it's functions are terrible. the touch does not work so you end up more frustrated than anything. tried installing, uninstalling, reinstalling a few times and nothing. very disappointed

I usually love Gamehouse stufd but this one is kinda on the fritz, the touch commands to pick up items or travel to different places are difficult to do, for example ill try and touch the computer to check out customers, but i'd have to press the computer at least five times, or if there are items next to eachother it'll pick up the item i didnt intend to pick up.

I love Sally's Salon but the problems have not changed. it is still not responding to the touch commands and I had already followed the troubleshooting instructions that are in the comments and it still doesn't work. tried it on my S8+ and now my 9 Note, still the same problem. please fix it! I want to buy the full game but can't see myself doing if the tech issues aren't resolved 😔

When u touch the people or objects it doesnt work and u have to click to the side until it works This takes time and ends up ruining the game experience. In end I will have to delete this which is a shame as I was looking foward to playing this episode I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same so I guess i will have to delete but hopefully u can fix this so I can play

Not happy at all. I paid the $9.99 subscription which means I can play all the games that are available on the subscriptions games list (Sally's Salon 2). My subscription does not expire until February and already the game is asking me to subscribe or pay for the full game. I checked the app to see if there was a way to contact Game House through the app but no luck. Soo not happy.

This is another game house game that is super fun until the glitch sets. On this game 47 after the dialogue and upgrade the equipment the start button is no where to be found. So I can never actually start the game. From my opinion the glitch widens the screen so the buttons are below the device edge and cannot be pressed. Too bad good game

Loved it! Story got pretty wacky, but it was funny, and fun to play. One of my favorite Gamehouse attempts to enhance their great time management games. I loved the leveling up of the helper.

I was having the same problem that everybody else is. The taps are not registering or you have to tap around the area you need instead of being able to tap right on it. I see that this problem has been ongoing for over two years, so I'm going to assume the game developers just don't care.

I am a faithful Gamehouse user for many many years. This game leaves much to be desired. The story line is ridiculous on this one. I love the story lines usually. It is what prompts me to purchase the game. It's like getting a good book while having an interactive game with it. Not this one. :-(
