Just saw the new cosmetic look to it and I absolutely hate it. Please bring it back to what it was before. It was much more easier to manage before and now it's hard to read and I hate how to change the day looks. You guys made it much more complicated. Please bring it back to it's original form. And it's actually more glitchy with this new update. Lags and freezes more for me.

The app will open and ask for login credentials, I put in my credentials and it just loads infinitely, I've had the app for two weeks and was able to login only once, but once I was in I couldn't use anything as every page would only show the loading icon infinitely

Love the recent updates! I love being able to see more than 1 day at a time or more than one staff member at a time. It makes using my phone easier than having to pull out the computer to check out things!

Constant glitches. Does not notify you when your client checks in and if you do get the notification, it's about 45 minutes after check in. Logs you out randomly and won't allow you to log back in, just gives you random server error messages. I've used this app for 4 years and the last 6 months or so I've had nothing but issues with it. I would change salon apps but this is the app my company uses.

Constantly gets jammed. Very slow to open 30% of the time which is frustrating when I'mbusy with a client and trying to book at the same time. I have to use a book as back up. Makes me go through a lot extra steps to move client or look up history.

Everyone at the spa i work at has been having issues with the app. I couldn't login bc it said it needed to update, but it also wouldn't let me update. Someone suggested I delete the app & re download it. I deleted it and now I can't get it back! I've been trying for days & it's just pending. I've had nothing but problems with salonbiz.

It's pretty good. Their are bugs but they normally are resolved within the day. You can see your schedule as it is, and updates are practically instant. The color patterns also make it easier for me to be aware if my client is new or not. Very helpful at times when I'm busy hahaa

Regularly freezes on opening, and doesn't include kind of obvious functions like deleting a service from a ticket(without having to delete the whole service from the book), giving a week's schedule view, or even zooming out to see an entire day's schedule at a time. Usually very slow, as well.

Give me View Mode options I don't like the fact that I cannot view the entire book for the week. To have to select each individual stylist to view appointment availability is tiresome and unnecessary. Please update with a weekly view of all stylists, much like the software for our main salon computer.

Better than no app. Slow loading, sometimes notifies when client checks in, sometimes not. Sometimes shows up to date stats, sometimes it doesn't. Regularly doesn't load or has errors. App will freeze when creating a booking.

haven't been able to book a single appt. As soon as I select a slot time, it keeps crashing and I'm booted out. what gives? All the android users are having issues with it.

Not able to download the app. I have been using this app for a while but lately just freeze all the time. I uninstalled it and have been trying to download it for 2 days.Doesnt work!!! 😭

I could immediately tell there was an update between yesterday and this morning, when I tried to access it minutes ago, and the login freezes, followed by an error message saying the correct "address" for the program cannot be found. Way to go, coders. I can't see my schedule for today. Can we please check to see how this happened, and if it has done the same to anyone else?

This is the worse app. Screen is taken up with not essential stuff. Can't see my retail sales per customer which is very important. Hard to scroll thru your schedule as the available window is very small there. Often it just gets stuck and doesn't scroll. Hate it!

Used to work until last few updates. Freezes when you open it. I keep updating hoping it will correct the problem, never does. Fix your app!

Every few months, it won't let me log in and has weird error messages. Always have to mess with it throughout the day to get it to let me log in finally. This has been going on for at least a year smh

Once again, the app is down and I can't access my schedule or client info. Extremely frustrating and hard to run a business this way

Constant crashing and buffering. If my salon goes fully paperless, it will be a nightmare. I am constantly stuck buffering on the log in screen.

Overall it's been working well, but the recent update for Android doesn't allow us to view retail sales for each client. I hope it gets fixed!

Every few months makes it to where i can't login, and this time it's been over a week. All i want to do is check my schedule and client list

Sometimes I get no notifications and sometimes I get double notifications. Also has a tendency to crash.

Love being able to make additions to the ticket, add formula, notes, and check our totals. Very convenient!

This app keeps crashing on my Android (Galaxy S9). This is really unacceptable in the day we're in given the need for social distancing and less points of contact. Please fix it!! *this happens a lot with this app*

Constantly locking you out from being able to access appt books and client information. Very inconvenient and annoying.

Absolutely wish I didn't have to use this app for work! There are alway problems with it! I couldn't log in! So I uninstalled it and now it won't install at all! Ridiculous!

I like the app except I don't receive a notification when Client has checked-in with front desk sometimes it is 30 to 50 minutes later. Please help.

Says my username/password not found but I know for a fact it is correct. It's the same it's been for over a year now. Just decides to lock you out randomly.

This app crashes on android all the time I've uninstalled and reinstalled. and now my phone refuses to even download the app. This is the app my salon uses so I have no other options. this sucks

I can't log in since this morning and its 9pm now. It keeps stopping from logging in and whole page disappears. Very frustrating

since i downloaded this app, ads pop up when im in another app and kicks me out. is there another possible way you could program these ads
