App used to work great, but after last update I cannot even use it. Search function doesn't work (says bad internet connection no matter where/when) and even clicking on the links in the app won't work. I have to log into the website to view or shop now. I miss the old version of the app.....
Great,fast shipping times and better pricing than another beauty supply store. Has there been a change to the cart check out? Everytime I go to check out,it exits me out of the app. Even uninstalled & reinstalled. Has been doing this for a week at least.
This app is garbage. Literally has me register to be able to make payments online to my credit card, but then after I register says my login info is wrong!!!! Nit only that when I go and try to shop it won't let me add to cart unless I'm logged in?!!!! Sooo irritating especially when you have sales and are on a deadline with time and ultimately get absolutely NO WHERE on this app. Might as well just drive (over 20miles) with my pissed off self over to the store and pick out every item!!!
Everytime I try to sign in it says "something went wrong, please try again later" it's worked before so I know my password is right. So annoying!!
I downloaded the app for the first time and went to the site I apply for the credit card I got a discount code and it took me so long to navigate to site that I couldn't use the discount code because I am trying to order things the next day and you can even use it on that same day they wouldn't help me when I called they could care less they said sorry too bad. I ended up ordering some things it did come very fast the sizes are very small no prices on your receipt
How are there no Salon Centric catalogs available in the app? The app barely works and this is the updated version. The app has always been horrible this is why I got rid of it in the first place. Nothing loads so what's the point. Can't look up what I want to buy when only a portion of the page loads. Good thing the store can look up my card using my ID because I am uninstalling this mess today.
I would like my barcode scanner to work.. Also I have an order that shipped that still says pending and can't get invoice.
Can't log in to the app, even though I am fine to log in on the website. For the first few weeks I could log in and everything was fine and then it says it's an error.
App never works, website won't let me log in. Tried to reset my password 3 times, never got an email. Have had this problem for months. I don't know how the app never loads, cant ever place orders. Its very frustrating.
Love it! The app is stream line and easy to use. I love that you can search products A-Z, very convenient. And the girls at my home town salon centric store are just amazing!

The "check store availability" doesn't work on the app, I also wish there was an option to pick up an order in store instead of having to wait for delivery. You can't add items to the cart, so I don't use the app for orders, just browsing. Love that I can check product prices with a picture of the barcode, it's so handy when shopping in store.
When I first downloaded this app it worked well. Now, for the last 6 months or so, everytime I click to open any product it continues to load and load...... It never displays the actual product. I have to login on the website to actually view. I hope they fix this error because I would prefer to use the app. I am on an Android phone, maybe this app is better set up for Apple?
The app will not work. I did the most recent update (a few times). It allows me to sign in, but as soon as i get to the home screen, it kicks me back to the play store and then says the app isn't responding. I tried restarting my phone and that didn't matter either. I hope this gets resolved. I'll be reaching out to my rep directly so he can still get credit for my orders. Frustrating that it seems this pandemic has somehow also broken the internet and ordering anything from anywhere.
App is easy to navigate, except it could use a "menu" icon on every page instead of having to continuously press the "back" button to get to the Home screen. I like that I can both shop from the app or use the app to check if an item is in stock at my local store down the street. Prices are pretty good, definitely better than paying retail.
The staff at SalonCentic are extremely Kind, Friendly and Helpful. Everyone on the team are true Professionals. I really appreciate the excellent Customer Service they provide too. I highly recommend this Wonderful store!
I can't log into the app whatsoever. I've tried re-downloading, checking for updates, etc. It tells me to try again later but it's been weeks and still no luck. I'd love to be able to use it, but I guess I'll have to stick to using the website.
Never lags. Great app. Love being able to look up prices on anything at any time!
The app was installed and working fine for several months. Now when I log in, my cart has 19 items in it and when I try to view it I get an error code. The website and this app require me to change my password every week - because my saved password expires or is wiped from the system. Honestly, I'd rather switch companies and product rather than go through this drama to place an order. No one has time for this!

Can't log in. I've been trying to login for months now and I keep getting errors.
This app is super easy to use, very on trend and I can find my products easily.
**UPDATE** It's been a really long time without the ability to add or even look at the cart. Wish they would fix this bug ***** I really loved using this app but recently I cannot add anything to the cart nor can I open it. Such a shame because it usually makes restocking inventory easy. This just makes me realize how much I value my store reps.

Mostly user friendly and fairly easy to navigate. Could use some refinement of some functions, and improved sync with actual inventory database. But it's understandable that inventory records can only be expected to be accurate to a certain degree
It won't let me log in and stores are requiring them in utah. They won't accept membership cards now at our stores. I've been working on this for an hour in order to buy pomade. I'm extremely pissed!
After the most recent update, the app won't pull up products that are sold in the store when I search for them. Very frustrating when trying to order product for my salon
I keep trying but I can't ever get anything to open. I can search but can't add anything to my shopping bag because the app times itself out. Very frustrating.
The app has let my log in maybe 2 or 3 times when I first downloaded it 2 months ago. The other hundreds of times I've tried to log in it says something went wrong. I know my email and password as it was just set up. Its so frustrating. Then going into the store the employees want you to open the app to scan your account number or whatever, but it never opens so they just use a generic/guest number to get me by. I've never had this much trouble with an app.
