Two weeks ago, the app was fine. Then it suddenly stopped working with every attempt. I've turned my phone off & on again multiple times. I've uninstalled and re-installed 2x; and it still continues to stop with no explanation. Frustrating when I'm trying to buy your food & scan for rewards.
The most useful feature is broken. The app will not let me reorder from neither my recent nor my favorite orders. On every one of them, it gives the error message "(insert random food item here) is currently unavailable". This is bogus because I can always order said item if I start a brand new order. I have re-installed the app several times but it still doesn't work. Also contacted support several times. The first time they gave me some irrelevant excuse; since then, they've just ignored me.
This is literally the worst fast food app I've ever used. It was a hassle to cancel an order made at the wrong location because of their dysfunctional interface and locator, and even if I do get a refund, I am out my promo code. I will never understand why a national chain would cheap out on their primary online interface and never order from Salsarita's ever again.
So I usually swing by a Salsarita's maybe once a month. I figured I might try to go there a little more often, so I'll sign up with the app. Sign up, but can't log in... "Network error". It is a waste of 30 minute. I will now uninstall this app as this has left a very sour taste in my mouth. I'll think twice before I go here again.
I'm not sure who built out the user flow and decision tree for this, but it's really bad! You 're forced to select a meat/protein, you can't select 10:30am, you can't select water as a drink, lol, the list goes on... come on.
App will not allow login. I migrated my old card online and set up a password, on the site, but when I try to log on to the app, I receive an error message written in code (not plain English). I've changed my password twice to no avail.
Works but rewards are misleading. I redeemed a reward for a pickup order and then applied it as I was checking out. I realized afterwards that I had two rewards, and I had redeemed one that would essentially be wasted because they are on a 2 hour timer. This is very lame and invalidates my patronage.
2 months ago, app was fine, no problems. Now every time I pull it up, it closes as soon as it opens. It does this over, and over again. It was like this even before the virus. And when you go to the online page, the #1 thing they say to combat the virus is..."ORDER THRU OUR APP." Really Salsaritas? IS ANYONE EVEN WORKING TO FIX THIS APP AT ALL?? smdh
Every time I go to use the app, I get a forever loading screen after selecting location. I uninstall, then reinstall, and it will work as it should for that one single order. Every time, I have to uninstall and reinstall to place an order with this app.
Unable to load the order section of the app unless I uninstall and reinstall in order to pick my local store. This also is required whenever I want to make changes or add to an order I've already started. The website is also not usable because I'm put into a continuous loop of picking my location whenever I click on order online and pick my selected entree.
Save $2 off your next purchase of $20 or more. wow, thanks! you save me 10%. I think, I'll stick with moes that allows me get 50% off my next purchase, but thanks anyway. Maybe, when I hear about your coupons actually being worth wild, then I may come back until then just save the phone space.
I didn't have too big of and issue with this app until I upgraded devices. I just updated to the Galaxy S20+ from the S10+ but when I try to log in to the Salsarita app I repeatedly get "phone number is already in use". I have uninstalled on both devices and reinstalled on S20+ still the same results. When on the Salsaritas website to look for support there's nothing. Salsarita has good food but IT and application support is really lacking.
Giving this app 1 star because while I'm in the middle of using it, it goes black and says I have to do the latest update to use. Well nope. Instead of the update, I uninstalled. Bye.... Even if I hate going into their stores because they are usually rude AF and this app helps me not have to deal with that. It's also too bad it can't fix ridiculously high prices for overrated food.
I've tried to order through this app several times and it's not taking me to the ordering screen, all I get it the loading screen and the a white screen. It has deterred me from eating there several times prior and once again today.
Unreliable. Currently crashes when I select a previous order. This is having in the past and IT'S BACK! Love the food but this app is a PITA when you can't reorder
App freezes often, rewards don't always appear. Download/open app rarely works even with full signal. Just an overall pain in the butt compared to just carrying the card.
Went to Salsaritas to redeem my Birthday Burrito and email offer would not show up on the app. They would not honor it thru the email. I was so disappointed when I ended up having to pay over $8, although the app allowed me to get an upgrade. Please fix this problem!
I can't do order ahead. If i can do that without my app freezing and my stopping the app,i would give it a higher rating. But this is an ongoing issue.
Like other people I cannot get to an order screen it's just a white screen. Pretty bad bug to have when the purpose of the app is to order online...
So far the app has kept me updated on ongoing specials. It's easy to use & even if I forget to scan it when ordering I can scan the receipt to get my points.
We lost access to our account after transferring to the app. When we sign in now we see a popup message "Phone has been taken". App wont even let us create a new account. No response to support requests over last two weeks. I think Qdoba wants our business more.
I got a new phone and tried to get back into my app, but my password was wrong. I emailed support 5 times did what they said and still could not get in. I lost points and money! I had to start over!
Not Working. I went to Salsarita's for lunch today specifically to use the rewards I have earned. Got to the register and the app won't let me redeem. I had to pay out of pocket. Fix it!
Should add a feature for ordering curbside/pickup that shows an actual ticket time instead of the default and not truthful 10 minutes. Would save a lot of annoyed customers to actually know when an order is ready.
Was fine but now will not let me order online so I have to go through a browser. Which means there is no reason to even have app since that was the main purpose. I uninstalled and reinstalled but same thing.
No way to add my payment card. I put my card info in but there is no confirm button. Only a back button. Can't order. 🤷♀️ Edit: Has been fixed
Tried to use this app twice to order. First time got please close the application. Did that didn't work. Uninstall reinstall now get to the order screen but says I'm offline even though I'm not and currently writing this very review. Uninstalled.
This app is trash. Can't find my location. Never loads correctly. Can't reorder past orders. And any app that wants to link to my Facebook is sus.
Never been able to use the app. Tried to transfer my account to the app and always get Invalid Signature pop up.
They fixed the issue with the points not being earned at all, but it still takes a while for points to hit my app. Overall, the app is still subpar when compared to other fast food apps. For one thing, when selecting a combo on a mobile takeout order, there is seemingly no way to select a drink. The layout, responsiveness, and functionality could definitely be improved.
