Q: Will I be able to securely share documents with other SaluSafe users?A: For now encrypted file sharing and management is only available via desktop software. We are actively porting it to this mobile app.
Q: What type of encryption is used in SaluSafe?A: AES 256 symmetric key encryption, and RSA 2048 to 4096 bit asymmetric key encryption.
Q: How is SaluSafe different than Hushmail?A: SaluSafe includes fully encrypted personal and group instant messaging, as well as dedicated mobile app. Encryption is end-to-end and not done on the web server.
Q: Can I use it on the desktop.A: The free desktop application is available from our web site.

I'm a bit rubbed, as I have had salusafe for sometime. I've reset different phones and never had a problem with not being able to go and get it up.and running. This time with motog6 I can't get into my salusafe account to get online. I sent an ail.eithnthe hope I will get a response. Thank you I'm truly shocked
This is a bit basic, but it works. The nice thing is that you can install it on your desktop too (windows, linux, etc.)

CryptoHeaven is engaging in fraud by refusing to cancel paid subscriptions, and continuing to charge your account monthly even after acknowledging the cancelation requests. Save your money, and forget about this sloppy app and the criminals behind it. If you want true open source, end-to-end encrypted email with access from the Web, Android, and iOS, check out ProtonMail.
Loved it. Keep it Salu! Loved it. service worked as said and especially well while keeping it free for the first time users to test it out and about with other end users, all open sourced and available to start using or testing to see if you like. I loved it across multiple updates and years. except 1 minor bug of pressing send arrow in messenger and it opened another window/tab real quick with same person and same exact conversation and you want to hit send button again and again until you get reply?
No updates!!! Atrsched files are not encrypted. u can't delete all chat history on the mobile app. u will need to select them individually or via the desktop app, which has a quite none-user friendly interface (plus some functions don't work). No iPhone version!

This is the only free encrypted email I've ever used that worked. And the people I mail actually receive the mail and can respond. Amazing thank u salusafe you are the wickr of secure email.
Hi Do both parties have to have the same App for the software to work as most do. Hope you leave a message but the app itself has a great layout.
One question.How is the sent mail encrypted if i dont have the same client installed on other device or any key pairing?How is this end to end encryption?

RSA 4096 bit encrypt emails and texts.... From your desktop, only? That's too much (in a good way) but what about mobile? I usually use AES 256 which is OK for me. I like to use best practices on my phone for privacy. I can't wait for this developer to release a fully functional app that encrypts on the level of their PC program. I would have to give 5.

Greatly improved message view, now it all renders beautifully. Such a pleasure to use. Some of my team of uses desktops at work; the ability to use the same system on mobile and desktop, with the same security is very helpful. I think it may be the only service that does that.
It says no where about having to purchase anything which is fine but it needs to be posted
I love the concept and direction this app has taken, it just needs a settings panel in which I can turn off notifications, etc.
I keep the app on my samsung active but sometimes the app will freeze to the point I need to reinstall it as there is no way to close it. Otherwise love the app and the service.
Its hard for me to believe that so few are interested in this app. It functions on an in-between-carriers crappy little device seamlessly. Not a single issue. And privacy? As long as you signing once a month your acct is good. Best part? I can form fill all wk and never disclose my name. The provider and the devs are standing by their values and doing an awesome job. Service is basic and to the point, but has not been updated in a long time. Frequent connection issues lately and issues with subscription services, lead one to believe service is going the way of abandonware.
