SAM GPS Security

Hi everyone, greetings! I using SAM GPS since Jan 2019. Initially, the services were good as per their cliams, but later may be from April 2019, I started facing issues in the app like, the app notifications were late, also the current positions in the app, was not accurate and finally the app stopped working. Later I found that the app has been deleted from google play store. In between I started receiving messages on whatsapp, that their employee has done fraud with them and I need to remove the current sim, replace the same with another sim, recharged with data. This was really frustrating and felt like I was cheated, and they asked to install One Lap app and asked me to rate the sam gps app with 1 star rating. Later, the original owner of the sam gps contected me and explained the complete situation and how he was cheated. They asked me my address and shipped me a new sim which I received and placed the same in gps device and since then, everything is working fine as before! I would again highly recommend this SAM gps.

Scam Product Please dont waste your money on this fake product or service, it's 90% of shown feature doesn't work and only thing that works is the driving path and it skips Everytime you stops somewhere and jumps to a totally different location , very poor quality build and cheap material used for product

I've been using SAM since last two years, it was working fine but it stopped working from the last two months. I changed the SIM card last week from the original Brand (number given on website) and now it's back on track and my app is working fine.

Sam agent called and explained about the problems ongoing. He also insisted to purchase a new Sim card from the app, to get the device activated. I paid the amount and ordered the sim a week back. No response after that. They don't attend calls or respond to messages.. Beware people. Update: Received the simcard , and seems it was a free simcard but they charge you 287. Once you receive the sim-card all your contacts will be blocked sam-gps support. After following up with multiple contact numbers i reached another person claimed to be real sam gps partner(one-lap security) . He told to install one-lap security app , which is the real app and asked me to put a sim card and activate it. ( he also said that the sim card that was sent by sam-gps maybe a dummy simcard) face-palm

These guys are fraud. Bought the GPS mini device and now its services have been stopped within just 5 months of working quoting internal issues amongst the founders of the company. Tried contacting them multiple times but no response. Money wasted. Better buy other devices at half the price and better services.

My device stopped working.. it properly installed but device is not showing the location in the App. What's wrong? Customer service is pathetic and they are not responding.

there was a problem in last week but now app is running properly and fully functionally as service provider is geniune with geniune sam app . sam app is back with there geniune owner and name. i have install 9 device on my single no. and all are operating ok. so no issue with speed or activation is in app presently. so go with this sam app

these guys are cheaters here, promised uninterrupted service and cheated me with the money, neither is their app working nor are they responding to the calls. the gps currently does not work and i am not able to track vehicles which is causing a lot of financial loss. they need to be dragged to the consumer court for cheating. i had reinstalled the app after Mr Sumitabh and his team said they will restore the services and it was just a gimmick jst like the +ve reviews here. its a scam !

Sam GPS one of the best real time tracking device in INDIA,This device provide accurate location and easy to relocating & engine power off from my mobile. Sam device provide many features like high speed,avg speed,total distance covered and also provide geofencing.I started using from April 2019,at that time device is working fine, from July I facing a problem with device and service provider .On first week of September newly service provider rectified my problem now working smoothly.

this ppl are not at all responding via watzapp nor picking up the phone.. provided service for only 2 3 months and now they are not at all providing the service form last 2 months. they have taken the money for the second SIM also but not yet started the service...this ppl are totally fraud.. now the only option is left with me is to make a complaint on consumer forum.. this ppl are totally pathetic... plz don't buy this product.. wasted money on this device...now it is not working from last 2 mt

Great app and great team which give great support during distress. I am giving 5star for the support staff and the way they helped to resolve even the minor problems.

I was facing issues in app previously but after signing up again it work fine. if you get your sim issued from the original supplier it will work perfectly

Very very poor device and services.. No one responds to your query or concerns. Such waste of of your efforts and money. Totally worthless.

after this all this app started working on 23 july to 25 july but now again it stopped working and customer care executive says to change the sim as the sim is in working and having 6 months validity more....no way to get out of this....

Very very bad service provider by sam company please don't buy this divice. Call center not picking Phone call. Very very very bad service provider...

I feel cheated.. ordered the device, paid extra for sim and subscription and then the company doesn't responds to calls and WhatsApp... don't buy this GPS..

I want to give negative star but this is not possible. After reading good reviews on Amazon I purchased this 1 month ago but my GPS tracker still not started. customer care support is worst I have seen. l complain to Amazon not to sell this type of bad product

I have installed Sam gps on my car, but this device does not work. They don't bother whether buyer get the device location or not.... It's waste of money.....

This is fraud app I perchesed sam gps tracker by Amazon and order sim by app 640 ru. 4 days before And till now contact number not respond I feel like cheated me by sam gps. Beware friends don't order sim by app. They are fraud.

they are a fake company. they took my money in jan 2019 and shut in three months . afterwards they stopped responding. and now again they have turned up. dont know how google and Amazon to use their platform.

This product is a classic example of how a customer gets cheated. The owners of the company are engaged in a custody battle and each owner tries to convince the customer that, he is the genuine owner. In the aftermath, the tracking doesnt work, device SIM is disabled and customer is left with a useless device after investing so much money and trust in a product.

hi have purchased 5 devices from them and paid for 2 years subscription huge lose for me they cheated customers

I have requested repeatedly on customer care for activation of my GPS device since last 15 days. no help is given. Sam gps cheats me. want to give negative star
