My old Sam's club app worked fine until the message "no longer supported" appeared on my Samsung tablet. I uninstalled and tried this new recommended app but it will not let me login. It appears to me this app is seriously flawed or totally bogus. Tried contacting customer support for problems with login but the site has been shut down. I uninstalled all Sam's club apps and bought a membership at Cosco's.
If I could rate zero or less I would. OLD app was GREAT, but Daddy always said "if it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT!" Tried to connect yesterday at Sam's, said old app wasn't compatible with my device (same app & same device for 2 yrs-?). OK- today downloaded the new app & I can't even enter my email to login to my account. Standing in line will be WAY easier & faster. Got along just fine before & will live just fine without this toad of an app.
I agree with the other reviews. The old app was fine oh, I was able to order groceries and pick up at curbside now I can't do any of that. I would like to rate it a negative 10
Actually no stars would would be perfect rate for this horrible APP. Sams club manager told me the upgraded APP is not supported by older operating systems. Not gonna buy new phone for this slight by engineers!

Used Sam's app for years on my Samsung tablet but recently it says not compatible with my device. Not even on my installed list. I tried downloading this app, but it won't let me log in. I can't shop.. help
Worked fine and one day said no longer supported. Bought new tablet, was time anyway. Tab S7 cannot sign in oddly on Google play when downloading app that it may not be supported. Lol, ok
What garbage is this? Trying to look things up on my tablet but this is garbage. Nothing like the app on my phone. All the other stores I shop at have apps that work on my tablet. Even the Walmart app works but not Sam's Club.
It sucks! It doesn't even let me to log on! The app that I have on cell phone works great but the app I got for my tablet "what a waste of space".
Talk about disappointing! Can't even login to my Sam's account using this app. Why in the world would you go backwards with your technology??? The old app was perfect!
Useless. Won't let me log in. Message to update goes right to old app instead of new revision. I suspect they raided a kindergarten coding class to handle this "upgrade"
This can't be a legit Sam's Club site, only 50K downloads. The app on my phn says 10M+ downloads! I can't log on, as others have mentioned. Logo isn't the same either! This says, "events" and what the hell is productivity mean? Glad I can't log on!
This is awful. Why would you have an update that denies access to your members? This is terrible customer service for people who rely on online notices, orders and the ability to make changes to their account.
Will not let me log in, used for scan and go all the time, now i just wont go, I am disabled and this helped out so much.
Couldn't ever login Asking email put in, asked password reset not have password never sent password to my confirmed email. Uninstalled, waste my time. Walmart app was easier.
This app SUCKS!!! It works on my phone but not my tablet. Can't believe that no one has fixed this problem!

Cannot even login. The old app no longer works. What do I do now??? If I can not use scan and go I will no longer shop at Sam's club. Help!!
Sam's app worked awesome until it said "app not supported". Can't get back what I had. Been member for a long time. Not good.

I don't think this is the real app. The developer's email address is different
Talk about being annoyed 😠 I went to order online and check a few items and read I needed to update. I did, to only find that a message appeared that my device wasn't supported. WHY.... Nothing I did to correct this issue helped. Yet, my account information came up even after I uninstalled the app.. Then I found I could finnish with my cart from a previous log on. Money going to Sam's seemed not to be an issue. I removed my items. No money from me. I don't have time for this nonsense!!!
