It doesn't log in most of the times! It doesn't save your password, and it doesn't even have the option to use your fingerprint. Not to mention that it's super slow to load in case of successful logins and browsing through the app. Extremely unreliable. And extremely limited updates as if they're just satisfied with their current failure, unlike most other banking apps in Saudi.

Has all the feel of an android 2.0 application. It's more of a wrapper on the already poor website than a proper app. It is slow and you can barely do anything other than check your balance and recent transactions. Recently it has been giving false positives of the device being rooted as well and will refuse to work if it even suspects it is.

How you guys doing a merger with lame technology. Please learn something from your competition in the market. Why are you guys so late in implementations. No fingerprint access nor instant transfer, just basic stuff is covered and that's not gonna cut it in long run... I can't ever give more than a star until I see any improvements in the app.

Promotional notifications made me turn off notification for this app all together. I don't download a banking app to be annoyed by ads every week or two. Not to mention the bad interface and services, but that is expected from Samba.

Worst app for banking in saudi arabia perhaps the world, this app need a total redone to keep up with the other great banking apps like mubasher. Moreover, the bank website hasn't been changed or updated since I first used it back in 2016 which is wired. I suggest to fire the IT mangment in the bank and contract with good IT company to rework the structure.

It's very strange that you are having a screen shot in 2013 for your application, and use it here. That's very bad to know that your app was not changed or even updated from 7 years back

I can't reset the password, eventually, can't use the app. It doesn't tell you the actual error, it keeps saying invalid user ID or account information.

It's really embarrassing, while I don't find the option of English language on Samba mobile application. Since I don't know Arabic language so unable to use samba mobile banking. Even I changed the preferred language to english but still all icons appeared in Arabic. Please advise if any body resolved this type of issue. But

Excellent app. All the features are available. Sarie feature working perfectly from almost last 2 months. Very use friendly and fast respon time...

Useless and buggy, also depressing interface and experience. Lazy work. Same app for years, where other banks brag about their advanced software, Samba is stuck in the 90's

Pls update the samba mobile app,it is not functioning well.there are no english labels on tabs,i have to guess.then when you were able to log in,it closes prompting an error.

Useless banking services and more useless app. Doesnt run on new android version and even if it have done, it would have just shown account balance.. Can you imagine they dont have bill statements sent on email for customers in UAE and you wait endlessly in their Contact center queue to hear an agents voice. Such a pathetic service in today's time.

Very bad experience, interface is good, but unable to add local beneficiary, most of the time error is try after one hour.

one of the shitiest bank application out there, its too complicated and whenever you press anything it says call us. terrible use interface, terrible features.

Guys , Sorry to say but i am just trying to register by account and when everything is filled at the end the application is Showing Error 😬 message to me several times . please fix this bug . thanks

Not able to log in for a while now. The message 'Service not available now' is been shown everytime i try to log in. Updated the app and still it's the same.

SMS measages receive after forever! Waste time to wait for messages and the app might close. And it's very old style app

It's nice App But There must be PDF print share option after any transaction so we can send as a proof to other party. And pdf SERVICE to print my IBAN & Account number for sharing with anyone. And activate emails,don't put it just as a decoration on screen.

This is an amazing app. It got updated and all the text disappeared from the app recently. But it got fixed again.

Samba is still living in 2002. Both their online and mobile banking services are from the stone ages. No wonder why everyone is switching to other reputable banks. I will be switching soon, but for the time being I need to live with this ugly app.

App is not showing all options like saddad or government payments. And also all notifications are only received in Arabic. It also should be in English.

As useless as anything related to SAMBA and their total and absolute rubbish online services. Better find a bank with better services. Unfortunately, this is the my only bank option for the time being.

Unable to use even istalled successfully. The application is currently installed but nit working. My mobile software already updated and have no issue from other application.

I have been using it , its been very good to me no problems at all , i just want them to add an option to see your reward points as well

It's very confusing. User interface is worst. Very difficult to use. It should be redesigned.

Far from acceptable.. تطبيق بطيء جدا و تصميم مزعج وغير عملي ابدا! اذا فيه ولو اهتمام قليل كان القوا نظرة للتطبيقات البنكية الشرق آسيوية او الاوروبية لمعرفة الأداء والتصميم المدروس. هذا التطبيق عار على مجموعة سامبا This app is ugly looking, hard to navigate and loading icon appears after every click (makes everything slow)... How come a reputable bank like samba has this app?! Hence, I'm typing this while waiting for the authentication code!

It doesn't not show options icon for services such as sadad, money transfer, etc in HUAWEI P20 pro. So, it is useless. Please fix it.

After new update I'm unable to log in... It's been a week and this issue has not been fixed yet. Reinstalled the App several times but same issue. RIP
