The advantages of using e-Samsat Banten are:
a. Ease for taxpayers to make PKB payments and endorsement of vehicle registration,
b. PKB payments are made directly by the taxpayer concerned,
c. It is expected to avoid brokering,
d. Eliminating corruption in tax receipts,
e. The accuracy of the calculation of taxes to be paid, as well as
f. Providing comfort for taxpayers.
Terms and Conditions
1. The vehicle is not blocked by Ranmor / blocking ownership data.
2. Taxpayers have an active telephone and cellular number.
3. Applicable for re-registration of 1 (one) annual Motor Vehicle Tax.
4. Does not apply to Motor Vehicle Tax payments that coincide with the change in the 5 (five) annual STNK.
5. Taxpayers are individuals (not business entities / foundations / social bodies).
Payment Flow
Before making Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments through e-Samsat Banten, Taxpayers must first obtain a Payment Code obtained through the sambaT Application.

Not working, not useful, another typical "just to have" application, so that they can say "i invented".
application is working perfectly but the fact is validation can not be done at any banten SAMSAT office. more intricate than the conventional ways.

Another apps funding full of stupidity and corruption from Indonesian city governments, absolutely no clue how to make good and working apps, bet they charge billion in city funds for this useless apps

Poor app, just input the PKB number and the connection reset.
No maintenance, this app should be funded with tax that people paid, but its quality is very poor.
Notif: Terjadi Kesalahan pada Server. Please improve asap during this pandemic. This service could make user easly process their vehicles tax payment and information. Support us please.
