This app is only to facilitate fraud. Absolutely pathetic, the delivery was to be made two hours ago. There were food items in it which has now probably gone stale. The delivery partner hasn't even delivered it yet possibly and probably stolen the items for itself. Of course there's never a response from the contact chat bot, nor do they have a number. I've come to believe they're hand in glove with their fraud delivery partners now.
Wefast is providing essential & fantastic service in Kolkata and suburbs. It's got good & ever growing population of delivery guys though some want to fleece you and cheat their company by asking you to cancel after they deliver. The charges are handsome if not exorbitant but inclusion of insurance and 'buy for me' option does take it to a level higher than other standard courier delivery companies. Finally, no idea how and why Wefast still shows on Google Play Store as they've changed to Borzo
Why does your app change the pick up address and make life difficult for the pick up boy and the customer? Why can't you just accept the full address typed by me? I have just placed an order. I hope nothing goes wrong in the pick up.
Had booked wefast earlier this morning and app is showing,en route,no one has come yet,its 21/2 hours, on calling the given number, the person saying he has not received any intimation.m trying to cancel n I m being charged for cancellation..this is very unprofessional. No customer service to answer any queries
The delivery is fast but quiet unprofessional. In the app they have an option of delivery with a bag, but the delivery perseon nor had a bag or anything to deliver. Highly unprofessional delivery guy. I am not using this app ever again
Worst service ever, i have them a business of Rs. 2000+ in two days in different consignments and they screwed up every one of it. 1. Bad customer service or response, they take a minimum of 1 hour to respond to a chat after their automated messages, by that time we would have found a resolution. 2. Courier guy accepts and then does not pickup, when called he says I accepted by mistake. Now, i do not have to option to reassign i would have to cancel and redo the whole exercise of new order.
The worst application for delivery throughout Mumbai. Placed 4 orders till date haven't received a single carrier for my orders. Your carriers are always unavailable, may it be morning noon evening or night. Very very highly disappointed. Would rate you minus 5 if i could.
service is very good. But everytime written address is changed and we have to ask to call before picking up and delivery to call and then had to guide for the address. please do the needful
Have tried getting orders picked up and delivered to me so many times. They haven't assigned courier person once also. Even after 45 mins to one hour. Horrible service
I want to cancel my order. We fast don't show option of cancel once courier collected. And also customer care not answering calls. Got irritated by this process. Driver also waiting for cancellation.
It's take too much time to assigned delivery partner. also take too much time to deliver also. Just need improvement in time that takes to assigned the partner and second thing is to handling of package.
Why is the map option given and why not directly address? It is very confusing and time consuming.Sorry to say I used to love this app but now it has become very tedious to be used.
I am happy with their service so far. They are the only ones who deliver in my area. Their pricing is much better than Dunzo and their efficient.
The worst ever customer service. The cause so much more inconvenience, instead of really helping you. Extremely incompetent. It's best not to trust the app entirely for your deliveries to be made without hassles. Sometimes you have to wait for more an hour for a delivery agent to be assigned to your order.
This app is all pain in the brain. Addresses are changed automatically and then at the time of delivery and this has happened TWICE!, the associate tells you will be charged extra if address changes. The WORST experience ever.
This is not WeFast! This is Very very slow. Courier guy doesn't get assigned for like hours. And any urgent work gets like a hell lot delayed. This service needs a hell lot of improvement!
Excellent....many other local couriers take time to schedule pick up, especially for small electrnic items. Dtdc had rejected my parcel because it did not fit in their predefined list of items. Wefast lives upto it's name ...I have tried it twice and got lightning fast delivery. The delivery staff was quite courteous and decent. Keep it up.
Very bad experience we had. Each and every time I put address for pick up and delivery it automatically changes as per GPS. Many time it creat troubles for both the party. Your executive also are very bad. If they don't want to take parcle call, the call us and request to modify the address. Many times request to cancel order also. Why should I pay cancelation charges unnecessary. Need to complain abt one of your executive. Pls give email.
Excellent Service.. Safe and secured.. Only issue is once we type in the address of pickup and delivery manually and while going to "Create Order" screen, a different address is shown and not what we have typed. Even thru GPS, the addresses changed across screen. The courier chap says that we have inputted 2 addresses and had to clarify that this is because of the glitch in the app which needs to be rectified.
I like WeFast. I have used it for 2 years now and not once have I faced issue with the delivery. a few hiccups like rider unavailable or sometimes have to reschedule last min due to some technical issues happened but that's inevitable. apart from that it is just wonderful.
Terrible service. The driver asked me for extra cash and threatened to throw away my package if I didn't pay him extra. I wanted to make a complaint, but Wefast doesn't have a customer service system. The automated questions they provide are the only questions we can ask. It's very unhelpful, I was charged extra and threatened plus the application fails to provide any service to make a complaint. Terrible experience.
Lately all your delivery agents ask to cancel the booking after the delivery is complete , some ask even before to cancel. Everytime my money gets cut because after pick up they start pestering . Either you guys are paying your delivery agents very less or they aren't earing anything. One driver started crying and begging me to cancel as he doesn't get anything. Please see that your staff or agents don't ask to cancel. As nowadays each one of them asks the same thing.
