I have the app for 3 days now. It is connected to my fitbitt. So it should be easy enough to update the data. But it is 7.30 pm and it is still set to yesterday and it still says I didnt do any steps yesterday! Just terrible. I like the initiative, especially since I can support healthcare practitioners with the point. But this way I can get any points. At the moment it is very useless and discouraging to move. Is there even a way to see what you did the previous day?
For something that is supposed to coach you into a healthier lifestyle it's cumbersome and annoying. The coach function freezes constantly, the push messages cannot be turned off as far as I was able to find. Adding data manually is not easy or fast. The main screen is not configurable.
12/09/2020 Very frustrating as it does not record the entire workout. I cycled 23km with my partner and it only recorded 11km. 22/11/2021 This app is driving me crazy. It didn't record my activity yesterday so I missed my weekly goal. All sent into the IT dept. A new week and once again, it did not record my activity today. I uninstalled, reinstalled and tried to sign in but can't as there is an error. Urghhhh. How annoying.
I was pretty satisfied with the app. With the new update I can't seem to get an activity approved because I close the activity after 20 minutes of being back and I'm inactive for too long... I hope this gets fixed or that a clear instruction can be supplied. I like the idea of the app, but I don't want to have to focus on the app around every workout/activity.
T he new app is very beautiful compared to the old one. There it stops, it's unfotunatly not really functional anymore. Only thee activities left and you need to start them twice. Often on arrival woensdag I want to stop counting is see it didn't start because I started online once. I know The old one had some bugs but it was so much better.
one of the worst app i have ever used, it keeps coming up with 'wordt opgestuurd' and every time i go to re-install, i lose every excersice i did that week
The app was horrible. Why to encourage Menzis subscribers to use it if it doesn't work? After one month of trial and a big disappointment (last time I got 0 points for running 40 minutes, before I got at least a bit) and 160 points accrued, I have now deleted it. Let me know once you updated this app and fixed your GPS issues, and maybe I would give it another chance. Thanks.
The new version is promoved as an improvement but in reality it is has only a fraction of the options of the previous version. I am very disappointed, certainly after the high expectations generated by the announcement for the new version. For the details of a trip I now have to use a second, specialized app. Why?
Reasonably good; the only downside is the stabilty, accuracy and ease in which the app works. It would be better to combine with a more accurate activity tracker, like Runkeeper. Also, I'd like to be able to link my Suunto-activities with the app.
Confusing, intrusive, and hard to use. It tries to score your mental status, it has a confusing ux where it is unclear what should fill in (I could never find where to fill in that I went to the gym). In the end I realized that I do not want to fill in my entire life and health only to give to an insurance company and get worthless points as reward. I uninstalled after a week.
Old version worked much better. Activities are not adding up/saving to weekly goal. Running, biking and walking are not the only sports we could select right now. In previous version that section was extensive.
Fantastic app, User friendly and the points offered act both as a motivation and incentive. Pushes you to walk more or move at least. Only thing is that coaching is only for Dutch speakers. Otherwise I would recommend the app
Terrible app! The app is extremely slow and seems to be "syncing with the server" while I am only navigating trough the app. You also have to turn on the step counter manually. Used the app for one day but it was enough for me to uninstall it.
The new app from the 28th April is not working well in Samsung A50. No steps count, walking distance of 1km not registered correctly. But works well in iPhone, why? Please fix this for Samsung phones.
It would be really great if there was a sound notification when you've reached your goals. So sort of a voice coaching. No other complaints.
The update is certainly not an upgrade! Removing the ability to link your own fitness tracker, i.e. garmin, strava, polar etc. will undoubtedly lead to many people uninstalling. Uninstalled now.
It is difficult to use. Eg. I have goals, and I want to succeed them, but I do not get information of how I can do. The goal just froze. First I get it everyday and now nothing. I would like to see a help button explaining how it works.
App doesn't well at all...in the 'Coach' section I apparantly live 3 months in the future..all messages are dated July!!! Aside from this app is slow and tends to chrash a lot. I expected more from Menzis!!!
No easy to use. I cannot edit my weight. It accidentally save 10 kg less than I am and i can't change it anywhere. I cam change my name and date of birth but nowhere to edit my weight! I even tried to delete the app and statt again, but the data is saved. I am wasting a lot of time, so overal, not very user friendly. I do love the concept thought!
