SAMPANN or “System for Accounting and Management of Pension” is an initiative undertaken by the Controller General of Communication Accounts (CGCA), Department of Telecommunications.
SAMPANN is the brand name for Comprehensive Pension Management System (CPMS)
SAMPANN aims to establish a seamless pension processing system which would bring the processing, sanctioning, authorization and payment under a common platform and provide online services to the Pensioners.
Using the APP, a pensioner can:
o Track pension
o View ePPO
o Lodge and track grievances
o View monthly Statement
o Stay Updated

Note- SAMPANN App is only for Telecom Pensioners. It is not registration based.
The user credentials are automatically generated for the Telecom pensioners once they start receiving pension directly from CCA offices and the user credentials (login and password) is shared via SMS/Email. For upcoming retirees, on their retirement the user credential shall be sent to them along with Pensionary benefits like DCRG/Commutation.
For the Telecom pensioners who are currently taking pension via CPPC or post offices, the user IDs will be created only after they are migrated from Bank/PO to SAMPANN system. This will be done after proper orders are issued in this regard.

Not able to download payslip, as and when you try to download the app exits. I am using Redmi note 4 mobile. DLC status may be updated in the app.
It is a good initiative but still there is scope to improve. Please add Digital Life Certificate status in this mobile app. Also Income TAX related documents upload facility should be made available.
Hi Team, App is very smooth and responsive. Kudos to development team! But I am not able to see any document information. All document links like EPPO, Gratuity are re-directing to website. Please fix this at the earliest. I will change my rating once this issue is fixed.
I am not able to download any payslips. App exits whenever I try to download. Please resolve the issue.
This application is really helpful, I m using this as my father recently retired from BSNL . I got very important documents from the document field in the dashboard. But I am unable to find any information in the Ledger column even after selecting the year for which I need related documents. I will feel happy if you understand my issue and help me out in this regards.

How to get username and password for the app as I dont remember mine. There is no reset option for password. Kindly help.
My father expired in 2018. My mother is getting family pension. 3 years Running. I m trying but everytime it is showing wrong user id password. This app is not for family pensioner? Kindly reply.
It is helpful for pensioner, but reset the password it is not possible. Send me the procedure to reset user name and password.

How to reset my password, there is no option for forgot password.
App is not working in Mi4i phone. App is showing message that "Unfortunately, CPMS has stopped."

I have Installed the APP but I am not able to Login. It is not taking the Email at all ie Username , error is 'this is frequently used" I tried with some other IDS .Even than the same errors. kindly guide me.
