Samply - DJ Sampler
- DJ Sampler 2.0 version with loads of new features and improved performance. It contains 16 different buttons. You can load different sample to each button by holding the button for few seconds. All you have to do is transfer your samples to your device storage. You have multiple sets which you can switch between during the performance. Each button has its own settings and you can control looping, volume on each sample. That means if you have 6 different sets you can control the looping and volume of 96 different samples at once. With the new Audio Engine your samples will play without any problems or lags but application only supports: mp3, aac and wav files for now. You can easily save your work and load it any time you need. We also added colors to buttons to avoid monotony. You can activate different actions to your sample with different gestures on the button itself, for example swiping the button down to toggle the sample looping. I really like this app but many samples will play in the preview and then be silent on the pad. I cant figure out why it's some and not others as they are all the same file format and relative volume. I would rate this higher if the other half of the samples worked.
Great app. My only wish is that there would be an option in the settings to disable or extend the long press needed to load a sample. It stops playback and interrupts the groove. Instant buy if it gets this feature.
Unusable. Horrible latency between pressing the button and the sound coming out. And the ads, don't get me started on the ads... they appear nearly every time you choose new samples.
purchased to remove ads. crashing increased, especially when creating new sound set and trying to load samples. no problems with similar apps on my note 9. don't recommend since last update was Dec 2017.
I downloaded the app it will not stop blinking the literal screen just keeps blinking I can not click o. Anything or change anything. It ran the intro and then showed the pads and the screen has a consistent blink.
Super easy and functional app for my application. I would like to see drag and drop pad copy function and touch and hold sample play. Awesome app nonetheless.
Thanks for keeping it simple, SAMPLY. App lets me be MORE artist, LESS techie. Or the reverse, if it's one of those days. Heard a girl band bragging about it...they were right!
This app is really reliable! I used it to run sound for a theater production and it helped immensely!
Tried it for a day, and payed the 2bucks for no ads.. Usong rhis on hobby theatre production to trigger background music and effects.. Works just fine for my use..
you can't cut and edit the length of samples. also you can't record a song and export it

Sir, make a setting so that after playing one loop, the second automatic stops.
None of my samples would work once uploaded. They would work in preview though. Thanks for wasting five minutes of my life.

Downloaded this app last night and instantly started loving it. I fired up the laptop and started making mp3 samples. Ended up going to bed at nearly 4 AM. This morning though, app kept crashing just by me searching a large MP3 folders. It would do it consistently. My phone's fairly new (4 months Old) and I'm running One UI 3.1 Got a notification stating a "battery issue" was detected naming this app as being responsible because of the crashes. I honestly would have bought the paid version.
