Terrible app. Crashes every time I try to sign in. The only support documentation available is to restart your phone. I've done that twice and nothing has changed. Reached out to support and received no support. Do you want my money, or not?
Sorry, but I've had to join the 1* brigade, because it didn't work from the start!!!? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A70, so why didn't it work? I've tried Samsung Pay too and that's the same!? What's going on Samsung? Google Pay works absolutely fine and always has, on ALL my phone's, so I'm bitterly disappointed in Samsung at the moment. I'm also a first time user of Samsung, after you coming so highly recommended! Not a very good start...☹️
This app crashes as soon as I hit log in every time. I bought The Frame partially so I could make use of the art feature but it isn't possible without this app.
Not user friendly, just trying to get a watch face and app continued to take me to the "redeem coupon" page, I had no coupons, didn't need nor want coupons, just wanted to pay the 1.15 for the watch face but app wouldn't allow me to migrate to the payment portion. Immediately uninstalled.
App is crashing all the time. I'm not able to pay and don't know if it is because I run Android Q or not having a Samsung phone or just the app that is not working. Already tried the usual first line support advice.... Please support.
Absolutely horrible. Will not start. I'm even using a Samsung Galaxy S10 and it doesn't work. How can I sign up for the Samsung's The Frame TV art? You can't sign up or buy any of it unless this app is installed and working
I want to subscribe to art store on my frame TV but seems I can't without this app. How do they get anyone to subscribe if no one can pay? Pathetic that a massive electronics company can't develop a simple app and not make you download several just to use one thing!
Rashes all the time when opening app , do not install this version. Samsung pushed all the watches with Samsung pay ,but the app isn't even opening (pathetic and poor support aftersale).

Simply doesn't work. Unable to use Samsung art store because this is required to pay for it from within the smart things app, which in itself is pathetic
I just want the fkg "Samsung Pay" app, to pay using NFC!!!!! You know, add my credit card to the app, then pay to a POS using your phone, by NFC!! Where is that cr-app, I searched everywhere?????????
The App Crashes right at Sign-In. Being the big company Samsung is they sure are the worst when it comes to Apps/software.
App is and does exactly what it should. disappointed Samsung J3 PRIME just came out in 2018 and already there is no support for the new flagships apps Samsung customer care says j3 Prime is not android 9 pie. North America will not be supporting pie updates for all je models

Can't use in art store! In order to be able to buy the art membership you need a Payment Pin which you can only get using Samsung Checkout, however I can't even get Samsung Checkout to open! It keeps crashing, which means it essentially means the Art Mode on the TV is rendered useless. Will be returning the TV.
