A great tool for those working in Mobile sales, but the points I've been saving for some Samsung gear are now arbitrarily expiring at the end of October - a new caveat they've added to the terms and conditions. Now I'm just shy of redeeming my points for a gear fit 2 pro, but instead have to throw all my points into these low chance sweepstakes that only allow 10 entries at a time. Very disappointing, Samsung has lost my faith showing this kind of greed.

great until latest update. now it constantly crashes and i'm upset they haven't added the s10's to the list and gotten rid of the s9's. I thought the biggest reason behind this program was a way to earn free phones so we could use them and be able to show them off to customers as well as be able to assist customers with the little tips and tricks you only get to know when you use the phone on a regular basis. Very disappointed.

Lousy. Keep getting error message-Oop! Something went wrong! Error 002. Have done all the troubleshooting, to no avail. Worked fine until about a week ago. Please fix, I don't want to lose my points! **Update**I wrote to the samsung people weeks ago, and they have basically just ignored me. I have been unable to acquire more points, I can't use the points I have, and I am unable to use the points that are expiring. Sounds like a lose-lose situation for me. 😞

I like the app. It's easy to use. I've been very fortunate with points in the past. I've gotten two phones, a watch, wireless charger, etc. But I worked my butt off with the Samsung pay points promo. Now there really is no incentive. 500 pts per Samsung pay sign up... Would take me over a year or more to get enough points for anything. The trainings accumulate basically no points. There just really isn't much incentive anymore to do so.

I've been able to redeem gift cards to target which is my favorite store and to other retailers. This app is easy to maneuver through and is actually very handy for sales pitch and learning about the devices. I only wish they didn't change the cards so quickly because by the time I get enough points to redeem a retail gift card they change the rewards.

Love it over all, training is fun and interactive. Only issue is lately the app is freezing or crashing and can't be used for a day or so. Please update 🙏 ❤️ training freezing on loading screen and won't open.

Terrible app and service that Samsung is providing. I would give it a zero star if I was given the option. In the app it makes it look like they want you to do all of their training for their promotion, but once you get a problem their "tech support" respond back once and that's it. I also emailed the tech support and no help. It is just better to go online and learn how to use the phone.

I used to love doing activities in the app but lately it's been crashing and even reset my days logged in. I should have 20+ days showing logging in, and I now have zero it's super frustrating. Also it deletes or does not add points on activities completed. I thought it was me at first then i started keeping track and realized, it truly is not keeping up with my info. I could be close to a watch by now.

I used to love Samsung Elite. I was able to get enough points to get a couple phones, a watch, and a tablet. Now it is IMPOSSIBLE TO GAIN POINTS AND THEY TAKE AWAY THE POINTS YOU DO HAVE! I have lost almost 50,000 points in 4 months! I almost had enough to but the 9 and now I am down to almost nothing! I don't see the use in it anymore. Where is the summer points contests?

Educational but without much reward. I don't know of a single rep that has won anything. It also takes alot to have enough points to cash in for products. The new videos are too long but they are very educational. I just don't usually have enough time to watch a whole video because I try to watch between customers at work.

great tool to learn the things you need to. fun activities. great things to redeem. however after using this for well over a year I just found out points expire.. and that's not cool cause those prizes I feel like are out of my range. un realistic to get the majority of them. that's my only lack of benefit. STILL the learning is a great benefit thank you.

last update broke the app. crashes when doing activities. plus the contest going on didnt display any info for the first few days. so we are now behind on a few bits of info. fixed but we lost our streak and we are at a disadvantage to iphone users in the current contest. edit 5/21 so we got our streak back but we still dont know what the letters were for the first few days...

The best motivator for any sales rep to stay updated and knowledgeable in the ever changing landscape that is personal electronics. The healthy incentive of the rewards offerings make this a must own app for those in sales. However, when the point system reverts back to pre covid deduction system, it'll be a 3 star 🌟

Overall I have been rewarded well using this app, but there are several times where the daily challenge will not load ND I loose consecutive days in a row streak because of it. I usually check it first thing in the morning, but I don't think I should have to re-check it all day because it doesn't want to load sometimes.

I love this app being a 100% samsung user. Great way to say update on all that is samsung. Love the products from the buds to the zfold 5G. Great sweepstakes point earning potential and chances to win great prizes. Doesn't get easier then what this app provides. Well worth the download and time for the tutorial product information. Highly recommend this

I love do the trainings on Samsung elite!! The points can be redeemed for great prizes WHEN THEY HAVE SOMETHING WORTH REDEEMING FOR. I have points expiring and nothing to using them on. I can get a waterproof case for the buds I don't have. I'm at almost 20000 points and nothing to redeem for!! Grr not happy!!

It's a fun app to learn about the latest and greatest Samsung toys. But there isn't really anything to redeem my rewards points on. You have 100pts for a sweepstake that I will not win, so that's wasteful to use points for that. Or for 29,000 points I can get some Samsung buds pro. And that's it...we know we don't have 29,000 points saved because they expire in 12 months. Let's get some better rewards please.

I love the app all together but one thing I dont like its that the points expire. I used to use this app all the ti.e and don't get me wrong its great for educating how Samsung products work, but I really hate that the points expire. I believe points should never expire since we do the learning, I've lost i would say close to 10000 points this way because they always expired before i could save for galaxy buds or wireless chargers. Once again I do live the app just don't like losing points.

To add since 2018 this app has gotten so much better. So much more interactive and being able to accumulate points for their rewards catalog is better. Continues to help keep me updated with news and information regarding new devices and help explain key features to customers. I especially like how focused on customer needs these activities become.

The app is fine but it's frustrating that the videos don't have a CC option on them. It would make taking the trainings quite a bit easier. I'm not always able to crank the volume up but I'm almost always able to read the subtitles.

I like the learning you get out of devices and the ability to earn points towards other cool items. Not really enthused about the expiring points. Just seems like the amount of points expiring at the end of the month is more than you can gain so you cant really build anything up

I'm able to share the most relevant information helping the the customer make the best choice for themselves. Love how the " ecosystem" is growing. Yet does not trap you into the system. Lots to learn and earn.

It's great for knowledge and the points system started off great but now it's very difficult to build points and the only thing that changes with the catalog is the "chance to win" options. Other than that it's awesome

The app is well-made and a lot of thought was put into into it to make it very useful for Samsung users. Depending on the video you're watching, they are very informative, very well made and often-times hilarious! I actually look forward to any new training that comes out!

Good educational tool, just wish stores with lower volume sales from lack of foot traffic could earn more points, or more variety or rewards at the lower point levels. Yeah getting a TV is great, for 70,000 points, but not getting traffic makes it difficult to hit 70,000 points.

I love this app. I work for Sprint in Palm Beach County. I considered this a really good way to learn about the products and what Samsung offers to you, and how to position customers on the best way to cover their needs. Also, our Samsung representative Valeria, is one of the greatest trainer too. She also help me remember why I miss so much my android devices after I change a couple years ago to iOS, and i got my Note 10+, not regretting any moment. I love Samsung on all it's way.

Love the learning aspect, but now that points expire there should be more promotions to earn points faster like the summer of samsung. The current setup makes it seem like it's impossible to get high end items.
