When I go into my list of installed apps, this app is listed. When I go to the app it does not show an Installed button, nor an Uninstall or even an Open or Update button. So of course, like all of the other pre-installed Samsung bloatware, this is one more that I don't want, but can do nothing about. One day when Samsung has run off all its customers they might start listening. But probably not, their will always be new customers to make angry.

I am having some difficulty removing the application. I am not comfortable with it's full permission set and did not install. I do not seem to have the power to restrict it's use of or access to my device or data, though I expressly decline consent in these categories. Further; when seeking to reach out for assistance correcting this bug; the listed method for contacting the developer points to a no-reply destination. I'm having this issue with a number of other unwanted software applications

I think this app is not directly responsible for serving those annoying pop up ads. It took me a while to figure this out but for me it was the app HealthFit. It served pop up ads everywhere, even on my lock screen. If you're having the same problem go to your apps, check last used. Samsung Experience will probably be at the top but look for the app next to it. That's the one you want to uninstall. Nevertheless Samsung Experience is a conduit to those ads so still dislike.

Every day, nonstop, it's crashing. I can't finish typing a sentence without it crashing. Every single time I use my keyboard -- Samsung Experience Service has crashed. I've restarted my phone and it makes it worse. This has been going on for months. Cleared my cache, etc., this app won't stop crashing. I've heard people recommend deleting it but that's not an option-- it either reinstalls itself or never fully deletes the app in the first place. By far, the worst feature I've ever encountered.

Can't turn off notifications. The kicker is, if you COULD turn off notifications, I never would have noticed/cared that this app existed. Now that there's constantly a notification telling me to sign in again, despite not having an account, I've started hating Samsung with a fiery passion. It's a real shame. I've been a loyal customer for 2 decades. Next phone, TV, speaker system, etc will NOT be a samsung. If you begin listening to your customers, you've still got a chance to change my mind.

I have no idea what the content of the app is, because it doesn't actually do anything - it's apparently an appurtenance to something else. Steve Cooper - if you hit that convenient uninstall button, it uninstalls all updates - and then constantly shows up in your list of apps needing updates, until you let it update again. This is a good example of why my next phone, and all future ones, will _not_ be Samsung. If they'd told me about it and suggested I install it, I might have, if it actually did anything I wanted to do. But by forcing it on me, Samsung has (continued to) pissed me off.

It was horrible, no help at all. This app takes personal information and copies it freely to send to other sites for YOUR protection. Me, I like my privacy. I'd rather not have multiple organizations having every bit of info that I enter in my phone, or worst off, it records in audio and video and that is violating rights to privacy. Give me an app for photos, one for documents, and DONT SHARE. This sync demand is horrible. Once you sync you are giving your info to be seen by everyone.

The latest operating system "upgrade" is pathetic. The graphics for the Icons are child like. My apps do not function properly, gmail locks up and several other apps do not allow the back button to work like it used to giving the only way to back out is to select the app running screen and "close all" then reopen the app you were using. There is no longer a choice to close just one app, you either leave them all open or close all of them. I want the old OS back!!! This upgrade is terrible.

It's a stupid and annoying app, and it's pre-installed, which I hate and I can't even turn off the notifications which is very aggravating. Almost all day today, I've gotten nothing but "Update Available" when nothing needs updated. It also has permissions that I never accepted for it to have, I'm a private person, I like to be to myself, and it says that some things won't run right if I disable a certain permission. When is this app going to need permissions when I don't use it? Hint: NEVER

This seems to be more bloatware from Samsung. Adding photos to contracts was easily achievable without this app and so was creating groups. It seems to me the way things are going we'll need an app the switch the device on, another to switch the device off, and apps to handle all the inbetween operations! Software writing gone mad!

I'm actually being forced to actively consider alternative devices from other manufacturers such as Apple. It's obvious that Samsung releases new iterations of the same phone without bothering to rectify issues that persist from one release to another. It's actually quite embarrassing that Samsung hasn't been able to fix an issue that prevents interruptions while listening to music. The volume slowly creeps down until it's barely audible, then a fight between user and phone ensues. Sad.

This give me a unsecured privacy. I was giving time to do some factory reset after of software system update. I received a lot of prompt messages and it changes all the settings I set up for my preferences. Samsung, need to do some effort of security issues. Actually, I found out that my accounts was been hacked after doing software system update, exchanging data and accounts was not good at all. Poor privacy/security to all users.🙄

Don't use it. Don't want it and can't delete it. Total worthless A dozen programs out there do everything this one does only better. And on top of that they FORCE you to have it, wasting valuable space and they WON'T LET YOU DELETE IT! Samsung has a very bad marketing strategy. Why? I paid for the phone and they trashed it with trash apps doing nothing but taking up valuable memory THAT I PAID FOR! Now it's telling me I'm low on internal memory and to delete some files. My files, not theirs.

since the last update there are ads popping up every time I try to use my phone, even answering calls and messages. these are full page ads that were not there before the Samsung update. Samsung has responded to other comments that they do not put full screen ads, but it's odd that it happened after a Samsung update. if users are having problems with this, why does Samsung not help to solve the problem? I've checked my apps and do not see any that allow ads when I am not on the app.

Has done nothing but cause problems on my phone and is constantly telling me my session has expired even when I don't use it. I had to take the app off my phone completely because it did an update and suddenly my phone notification for the app wouldn't stop my phone from getting one every 2 seconds. Plus when I would try to login in it wouldn't recognize any of my information. Worst app ever @

It's driving me crazy it constantly pops up and you can't stop it. I've been buying Samsung phones since the 1st Note came out but I'm almost ready to divorce them after having years of great service. The crazy thing is these pop ups in notifications just started a few months ago after I did an update.

I have no desire or use for this app, and want to uninstall... after reading some of the reviews, I see that I am not alone... I resent the amount of space it takes up, and will never use it. I have a hard time being pushed to keep space for a service I pay for... No matter 😳 it's a violation... Another reason I am resistant to this f-ing digital world... I guess I sound old...

Every morning around 4:00 a.m. I get notified to start using my Samsung experience. I have turned off everything including allowing it to notify me, but that doesn't matter. I have also noticed texting is soooooo slow since the update. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!🤬

I never wanted this app. I don't want it now. It is a fraud version of the real one. Steals info , Financials. I cannot unninstall or even disable because it is embedded. It is not the factory version. I am trying to reach developers. Google everyone but the app prevents all that too in permissions. I'm told that it has something to do with nearby, tethering and Google voice. All I know is that Google playstore is not the factory version and I have over 50 mutant versions of apps that are frauds

Samsung, stop adding sharing apps we don't give a damn about and stop changing the UI CONSTANTLY OTA WITHOUT OUR CONSENT ALWAYS FOR THE WORST. In 2014 with the Note 4 and later Note 9, u had the best UI in the industry. Every year it was slowly damaged by you. Now the Note doesn't sale enough units. Can't u put the 2 together? It's not quantum physics. It's simple observation and algebra.

So much of my problems and security risk I've been encountering revolves around this group sharing application which I have never turned on but get constant notifications of information being shared with someone and my Samsung account keeps trying to log into a phone number never associated with this Samsung device and I haven't had a Samsung device in like 6 or 7 years and I do the password reset only to keep getting notifications that it's being sent to my phone number which isnt correct. SAD!
