Samsung Flow
You need devices that meet the Samsung Flow system requirements:
PC: Windows 10, Bluetooth 4.1 enabled PCsSmartphone: Android OS Marshmallow (6.0) or newer, touch type fingerprint sensor enabledBluetooth pairing between devices, NFC function should be turned on, a fingerprint should be registered.

Before using Samsung Flow, please check below : 1) Samsung Flow app/driver must be installed on both your Samsung Flow supported Windows PC and Galaxy smartphone.(http://www.samsung.com/samsungflow/)2) There should be at least one fingerprint registered on your phone, and your phone should be unlocked at the time of using the service.3) We recommend you to turn on the bluetooth on both devices to pair them up before using the service for smoother service setup.4) If screen saver is running on your Windows PC screen, you need to exit it first to unlock your PC with Samsung Flow.

My Phone (Galaxy Note 8 running the last software update since January 19) is unable to connect with my hp laptop (running Windows 10 Home Build 1803) with WiFi, while they are both connect to my same house network through WiFi (yes both are showing internet content and pages loading on their respective browsers). Any hints or setting to look for? Otherwise, the connection through Bluetooth works OK as well as sharing content... I'm not able to use the Smartview and Hotspot buttons...
I am using it with Note 9. Flow is much better than Your Phone Companion coming with Windows 10. And I'm almost fully shifted to it. The Clipboard sharing and Phone Screen On/Off feature is much better than any other similar app. And file transfer feature is also very cool... The only glitch I face is the Flow Connection which hangs and wouldn't connect, until I kill the Flow app in my phone. But this only happens, if I connect once and disconnected, then next time, I have to kill and restart the Flow app... Overall, its very useful and nice application.
This app has been working flawlessly for me. I do have a Galaxy A71, and transfer files works seemlessly. It's a little bit of work to pair phone with PC, but once you do, it connects automatically. As of now, I'm typing this review from my computer keyboard, so this app works. The only thing I don't like is that I can't connect my Galaxy Tab A7 simultaneously with my phone, so 1-star deduction for that.
Works pretty well, though sometimes it has issues connecting (in which case you need to make it forget your device and reconnect, which is a bit of a hassle). Don't expect timing to be on point, games like rhythm tappers are a lil difficult
Very good app for transferring files between pc and Samsung phones. But can't register more than 2 Samsung devices at the same time. I am a Samsung Power User. So, I need the feature of registering more than 2 devices at the same time.
This app is TRASH, it never works when I need it, usually I have to unlink my devices and re sync them again. Now it decided to simply not work at all, I'm tired of these half-baked poor optimized apps that Samsung throws at us, I'm uninstalling this crappie app and going back to Share Me, and I'd suggest everyone doing the same, dealing with this app is not worth anyone's time.
Most Unintuitive! Instructions: "Swipe the Screen or press the Side Key". Swipe in what direction? Side Key - no idea what that means! Similarly, the website instructions I've found are extremely brief/unhelpful. Fails to run properly on my Galaxy Tab A8. Not impressed.
simple Drag & drop PC to phone. Hit share on phone to transfer to PC. Phone notifications pop up on desktop. Works seamlessly. Only additional thing I would suggest for the pc app is a file explorer, so u could drag & drop to specific folder.
This app is excellent. It allows for easy sharing of files and I haven't faced any problems or issues while using the app as of now. Please allow for automatic connection establishment as it is really bothersome to open the Samsung flow in one device then open it in another device even though, they are Bluetooth paired. It should be as soon as I open Samsung flow on one device, i should receive prompt for connection establishment Without opening the Samsung flow in Second device
I was always loyal to Samsung products. But I was at the edge of deciding to go Apple because a lot of gaming streamers were recommending it. Then I found this app Samsung Flow that allows mirror. Im so glad that I got the samsung tablet bc I was able to start streaming mobile games using this app. Only reason I gave 4 star is due to sound. Right now you have to choose either tablet vs phone sound for streaming. If samsung adds sound to be enabled the same time (phone/tab) I will give it a 5.
The transfer is okay. There seems to be a way to connect to two separate computers at different times. However, I cannot understand how to do this - the only option is to consistently deregister from one device to register on another. This process is discouraging. The app and the functions using one computer is okay.
one item needs your attention! 'send with enter key' is NOT responding to on/off switch, no sending with enter key. I HAVE TO REPORT, THAT AFTER THE RECENT LETDOWN WITH FLOW, THE RECENT UPDATE HAS BROUGHT IT FRONT AND CENTER TO EXCELLENCE FOR SAMSUNG. THANKS
My god this installation is brutally complicated and unnecessary just for sharing files to my computer! This is what is being asked of me on my computer: Turn on [Marketing choice] at the Galaxy Store settings of the device. I've got a Galaxy Note 9 and don't have "Marketing Choice" available in Galaxy Store... unbelievable
too much bugs, not stable. sometimes can't be connected, sometimes does(even when i have opened both bluetooth and wifi) not user friendly
Very slow sharing. It took lot of time for sharing the files between the mobile and laptop. So iam disappointed with this application
Convenient and fast. Handoff - check. Fast transfer speeds between 2 devices running samsung flow - check. Love this!
Couldn't make it work between my S10E phone and Galaxy TAB A, would constantly disconnect (bluetooth) basically never bridge between them even tethering was enable.
You should not ditch the Sidesync. I love the feature that I can move my mouse and keyboard from computer to type on the phone / tablet. Why you take that functionality out???
Trying to move pics from samsung phone to lap top. Absolutely useless app...no on screen directions, just telling me they are paired. And....??.
The app is quite good...But some features couldnot work in app without wifi.like i turn on mobile hotspot and tablet i on wifi...so features should work
Disappointed that this replaced Sidesync. What it should be able to do is display phone content on tablet/PC and be able to drag and drop files from one device to the other, not be stuck inside the "flow" window. SIMPLE!
works occasionally. even when you set up everything properly, files do not "flow" smoothly across devices. I have a tablet S3, galaxy s8 and s9. Most of the time, I get the check your connection notification when I clearly connected the devices and have internet.
There has been a serious work done here - from 1 to 5 stars. Previously would frequently disconnect 8 out of 10 times. Now it often connects without opening the app on the phone. Quick, reliable, simple yet advanced and now with dark mode.
Have been getting many failed file transfers lately when sending a large number of files. It is getting worse as usually clearing up the list in the windows app helps but I can no longer do that.
Was a fantastic app and worked so well on my galaxy a21s then i moved to a galaxy m22 and it is unreliable and files fail to transfer.
5 stars from me. Works great. Wish I could disable persistent notification. Otherwise perfect.
I was using sideSync, it was awesom: simple, fast and stable. with s10, sidesync is not available and i had to use this poor application. until now nothing works, i tried several options and still can't make it, so disappointing. And really the question why replacing a super app with such a poor one? are you tired of your customers and want them to move out?
