Samsung HeartWise tracks your heart wellness data right on your smartphone and automatically sends it to your clinical team. It makes your heart wellness program easy and convenient.
Patients need a referral from a healthcare provider to participate in the program.

All our smart phone/watches/tablets are samsung. This app is only available to Kaiser patients- should be available to all samsung owners regardless of healthcare providers. My husband is at risk for heart attacks & newly diagnosed diabetes and I wanted this app to monitor his heart. THE reason I bought him a watch in the first place.
Why is this limited to Kaiser Permanente Healthcare recipients?? This should be availabile to all Samsung users that paid for the watch regardless of who's insurance you use! Very disappointed that I can't use one of Samsung's health apps after spending so much money on the watch
Installed and removed app. Now I have to buy a different Samsung Galaxy watch for this app to work? Make the app available to all your Samsung Watch customers. What am I supposed to do wear 2 different Samsung watches. Work it together with Samsung Health. Everything I own is Samsung. Samsung is supposed to innovate and lead 😒 the industry. You get a 5 star when you take care of your customers.
Used through Kaiser for Cardiac Rehab after a Heart attack. the app was very simple to use, reminded me to take my medication. and to complete any assignments given to me in that week. Kaiser was very instrumental in getting me back to a normal life after my Heart attack.
Unable to sign in. The app states it wants to send my info to Kaiser Permeate. That Healthcare System isn't even near me. They have no business knowing my Healthcare info
Unable to add data from previous week. Otherwise it's an OK app. Probaly others that are better.
This is deceptive and false advertising. You have to be a Kaiser patient to use. Unacceptable
Doesn't work. App starts by filling in info to Kaiser Permanente buy says info is wrong. No sign up only sign in. The says if info is wrong to call kaiser
It would be nice to know that this app is exclusively for Kaiser Permanente before downloading it to a device!
This level of analytics needs to be available for all Samsung Health users. Not sure why this is not titled as a Kaiser app.

This used to be an app for all but now you can only sign in if you have a Kaiser Permanente login.

When I first got my watch shortly before Xmas, the app worked. The past 2 months or so, it's CONSTANTLY force closing when I'm not even using it & if I try to launch the app, it doesn't even open. Uninstalled. Maybe I'll try again in a few months if the reviews change.
