The SAMSUNG HVAC Mobile Application was launched by SAMSUNG HVAC LLC to support Dealers, Contractors and Installers in the air conditioning industry for their fieldwork in January 2018. Created a user and used this app a few times, now it wont sign in. Nothing happens when you press "sign in" at the opening screen where you enter the user/password. Nothing also happens when you press "forgot password". My device is a Samsung Galaxy A5 with latest updates.

Samsung HVAC has outdone themselves with this incredible tool. This app along with the desktop version makes doing business much easier and better than other mini split and VRF manufacturers.
Awesome app to register equipment and it helps understand equipment as well. Very solid line up of ac systems.
