I am not very happy with Samsung. Unable to access my Knox. Got personal stuff on there of family. Pls get in touch. Biggest advocate of Samsung over the years. Letting me down. Switching to Apple if I do lose my data and will be your biggest critic. Please sort this out. Even if the app isn't supported anymore, allow me to transfer my data to a different file. Thank you.
My mobile name is Samsung Galaxy J7. I downloaded the Samsung Knox app in my mobile. When the app opens, they ask me for the email id. But when I enter my email id. And when we click on Next, they will show as unable to connect to server. Resolve my problem as soon as possible
I guess I've lost everything I had on this app, couldn't log in and tried to reset but it says "error 503" when I click the thing that says to unlock it.. Will change my review if this is fixed.
Samsung should not have stopped this service for old mobiles as because big brand always support their customers but don't know what they are doing.. You guys should have done something for old user as without know there is very much privacy issues. I would expect atleast a solution from them
I can't rate! I'm not able to log into this Knox protection when like So many get to (Error unable to connect to server) this is a waste of my time!
I moved some of my pictures to my knox but after the upgrade of my phone os i unable to view or recover those pictures. Please provide a proper guidance to recover those pictures.
This apps doesnt work properly . Point less app. It dont support s7 edge because it already started introduction in this phone now it dont sippprt that is not good.

does not let me do anything just says not compatible with my phone I've tried it with every phone form galaxy 6 to the newest one out
SAMSUNG HAS ALREADY STOPPED SUPPORT FOR THIS APP since December 19, 2017 (July 2020 for Premium). However, if you manage to activate it before that, you can still continue use it, that is until you formatted you phone. Even if you manage to re-install it, you will not able to re-activate it. The server that handles the activation has already been taken down. So, stop asking Samsung to fix the error! The alternative is using Secure Folder, however, its not supported on my J5 (2016), but it supported on my J7 (2016). As for the app, I had it before. I loved this it and find it very useful. Yes, it does slow down the phone a bit, and will consume a lot of space, but its a price I am willing to pay for such a unique feature. Its like having 2 phone in one. I would install it again if they disable the registration requirements and use any email for recovery.
