To get the most out of vertical reality turn your device sideways while standing and turn around slowly while moving the phone to see all around, up and down. I haven't used the app a lot but have enjoyed visiting places I will never get to.
Misleading app. Not VR unless you follow the links to shell out on an Oculus Go or Samsung Gear. No split screen for smartphones. Very clunky and bugged app as well, trying to accept t&cs and trying to sign in to your Samsung account etc.
There is no way to make it split screen to work with my vr headset (which is made for phones). I guess I'll just keep using YouTube videos, which automatically make it split screen
It useless. Can't even click to accept the terms. The controller works with every other app, so this is just a bug.
I finally got my Samsung VR headset for my S9 and I just want to say it's amazing don't waste your money spending $500 and Oculus rift if you get the package with the controller and you just have an S9 phone and the the VR headset for Samsung the black one and you're all set man if no wires hanging out stuff for your headphone wires and you're good with the remote and it's amazing experience unbelievable I wasn't expecting so much clarity. and I'm surprised of how much you can do!?👍
Incredibly intuitive and easy to use platform for VR, works seamlessly with my Note9. No complaints from me guys. ;)
Good, but lacking variety in song choices. Same music for almost all videos.
Great feature, miss it on the Samsung Browser. Samsung rocks VR on any Samsung device, using this. It can rival Youtube if more content added.
Lies. Can't find a network connection even though Wifi is on and connected. Stupid LIARS
Stops you from using other vr apps as it loads and cover them. This seems on purpose as it blocked apps that solved the problem without rooting.
presentation mode no longer works. its now garbage to me. You ever going to fix it or just ignore you screwed up our VR? At least let us reinstall the previous version.

Takes a long time to load and you are left starting at a white screen for many seconds. This too on a Note 9.
This app never worked and I've got the samsung j6 2018 model evrytime I tried to play something an exclamation mark appeared on screen :(
It's not even September yet and this freaking gear VR is not opening, I have both SAM 360 cameras and CAN'T see my freaking pictures in 360... I wanna know if you guys are reimbursing my money or if you will exchange this one for a gear that works... or maybe we will have to get together and go to see a lawyer?... By the way, when I got the Gear VR it supposed to be for a lifetime, if SAMSUNG had said it would be a temporary gadget I definitely would have got another brand... I'm sorry frustrat
the videos are amazing. wish I didn't have to stop to cool down my phone so much though. worth it.
Doesn't show in VR, only full video with Samsung A70. No settings or options
Useless to me. Cant even read the files on my devices. It only shows a white screen and gets stuck

Samsung gear VR needed for full experience. samsung vr required oculus install and account. which then requires facebook app be installed and enabled to download content as it uses its apk manager or some nonsense. don't go down the rabbit hole, there is a lot of fun split screen stuff for a cardboard etc. all over without getting your data sold off or whatever or anywhere near the effort. plus phone overheats in a moment and horrid battery life drain.
