Nice game, nice stories buuuuut ... It's the second time I go over same problem which is finishing a part and having the next part being the same. That means a waste of a story ticket. It's not affecting the game's story but it's annoying considering one has just 5 free tickets a day. I know one can pay for more but having people do it with these kinds of things it's not nice. I hope it's actually just a mistake.
I absolutely love this game and I've played it for about 5 years. The stories are well written and I've learned a surprising amount about Japanese history from it. However after New Year's, it's been very glitchy. There are minor translation errors (or lack of translation) every now and then, the load screens sometimes takes you to the Start page, and for months now - I am unable to purchase any pearls or love passes. It's really frustrating as I have played this game daily for all this time.
This game is great. It was ok before the recent maintenance. Now the game wouldn't respond pretty often. It says a network error has occurred please contact support. It takes ages for the pages to update. Even a simple change of clothes and event missions is time consuming. My connection is ok I'm watching videos and playing other games so far
It a really fun game but the UI is just so Slowwwwww sometimes even some icons are not responding that i have to close the app multiple times and open it again just for it to work, other than that cute stories tho there were some part in the stories that was left and not get any conclusion on what happen to other supporting character on that characters stories and still wondering what happened to them now since they are not capture targets anyway.
I am really impressed with the story lines and all the fun other stuff you can do in the game, but it is ruined with how much it lags and nothing loads, the small butterfly you use to press next is small, and the convoluted hard to find buttons to get back to the main story.
The game has been significantly harder to play ever since they lowered the Skill Points for Trysts, and noticed myself playing less because of it. Almost impossible to complete the events without spending 4x more hearts than I'm used to just so I can finish in time, which to me is not worth it.
Lovely. The storyline are great and the updates frequent but the special stories need so much time and resources they can get in the way of the main story. Extra Pearl's can be earned but there doesn't seem to be a way to earn extra love passes. Great game just needs a few tweaks and more song of shadow stories
Great game, not sure why my reviews keep getting wiped, but really enjoy the plot and characters. The story events are fairly easy to clear too, hard to put it down! My only gripe is closet space (and maybe minor glitches)
The story isn't bad but I'm stuck in the story and can't go to the home page at all. Clicking home just goes back to the story. I wanted to check out other features of the game since there should be some, but I'm just forced to stay in the story which makes it boring.
Ok girls I have been playing "Samurai Love Ballad" for almost a year now, and the stories are so well written that the mind boggles!! I have laughed and cried over the story plots and always waiting with bated breath for my tickets to re-up next day! The Men are all different personalities so it's not like you're reading the stories over and over again they all stand out in my mind, play this game oh yeah and Voltage is best in ottomes too🏯🎎!!
This is an amazingly great otome game! Loved all the stories I played so far and my favorite would be Saizo's! 🖤 This is quite enticing to play. A great stress reliever if you're looking for one. You can have free pearls, extra love passes and more just by playing main stories and serving onigiris. Love it!
I love this game! Keep up the good work. I play it from the first launching. And i have so many things to do so i cant play it. But now, i have a time to spend and felt so happy the apps still running new stories, event and many more.
I adored the art, music, story, and little side parts of the game (like avatar and house customization, doing draws for prizes, and serving onigiri). Saizo is my fav. I'm only giving it 4 stars though because sometimes they have a serious problem with in-app purchases and you can literally lose actual money because of the weird glitch. You don't get refunded either. But all in all, you can play the storylines from start to finish without ever spending a single penny so the game is still worth it
Can I just say, I adore this game! I've known this game for years and just came back to it. Updates are still made. The story events, activities, clothes, stories and so on are sooo fun! Love this game soo much. Thank you, Voltage. Sincerely, a loyal gamer.
I've tried a few of these types games before and after a day delete them. This one is different. The story is interesting, but what really impressed me was the amount of effort put into the app. Its not the same song on repeat like most, it changes with dialogue AND THERE'S ACTUAL VOICES for the characters. Never seen that before in other apps and it definately helps you become more submerged in the game. Good job guys.
I think, this is one of the best games of its kind for cell phones and I really love it! I have one complaint though: the menu graphics/interface are really laggy and crowdy. I would spend more time playing this game, if the performance of the buttons and loading times could be somehow improved (I am using a HTC One... and it is really bad). Other than that, great game!
Easily the best writing I've experienced on a mobile otome by a long shot. I love that it doesn't shy away from grit and 15/16+ themes when necessary. There's a whole multitude of different characters available too, each route different from the next. SLBP can seem overwhelming at first - especially with events happening almost non-stop - but give it a chance and you'll soon settle in! (The only downside for me is that sometimes the game is unresponsive, but there is a refresh button).
Voltage does it again. 👍 This app is complex, takes getting used to, but once you know how it works, you can play for hours even if you're waiting for something to restore, so it doesn't get boring. ☺️ Yes, it takes patience, too, but it makes up for it with all the side stuff you can do as well as the frequent events that let you read plenty of different stories even if you're stuck waiting for love passes to restore for the main. 😁👍 Two thumbs.
The story is enjoyable. However, it is hard to enjoy it to the full when there is white text on a pale pink background! I had to read all from the history and that's why it sometimes happened that I missed half of the chapter! Also making choices which you do not see (because they are not visible in the history as the rest of the story), is really hard and so again, it sometimes happened that I had to make a choice which in the end turned out to be bad and it lowered the love rate! And expensive
The game is easy to understand. The story is good. It is possible to advance in game without spending, which is a win in my opinion. Their are rewards spread out throughout the chapters and it makes it all the more fun. The visuals are good, plot is sweet and the options are fun. I wish the stories were shorter with more audio from VAs and objects for castle could be purhased through the coins collected in the game.
I like it a lot so far! It actually really cute, and wasn't what I had expected at all. I also like the side story with the fashionable Luis (I most likely have spelt his name wrong) and his pervy prest. I like the story so far too! Though I don't like how every time I press the home button, the adjustment audio page pops up. But other then that, it's not bad.
Been playing for more than a year. The stories are great - sometimes predictable. The app has been slow lately. I find there's too many missions in the story events. I liked it when when it was possible to gather love points in thrysts while in story events and it contributed to points for the main story too. It's hard to gather points for both the story events and main story simultaneously. Occasionally find translation errors. Will keep playing for now, but losing enjoyment and interest.
