Don't know why it was changed but whatever was done is not user friendly. The bank is great and always helpful. So I will just go through the website instead of the app. I uninstalled the phone app.

I have had this credit union for years! They are the best! Great staff so friendly and helpful!

I've been with y'all for a lot of years and I wouldn't change to another bank. I like the friendly atmosphere in the bank's and I love that if anyone tries to take any money out of my account, or tries to open another account or tries to get a loan in my name, that I get a call from security. If anyone that is not me tries to do anything in my name that you don't think is me, please call me to make sure that it is me, because I'm having problems with identity theft for the last 3 month and I'm doubling my protection to make sure. So if anyone tries to purchase anything from anywhere other than my house or Dade City or Zephyrhills Walmart, then I need to be called to find out if it's me, just to be cautious. If I do go out of town, then I will let you know in person. Thank you so much!!!!

sometimes doesnt recognize my password its annoying.
