Totally worthless. Won't remember your password. It won't let you copy and paste password after you put in your card number. Just an absolutely frustrating totally worthless absolute no good app. Other than that everything is just peachy.

Needs better integration with Overdrive app. Clunky to use. Yes it is a free service but that does not mean it has to have poor UX.

It didn't recognize the account from which I returned a DVD, checked out more, & paid fines yesterday around 5:00 p.m. If I need to activate an already active account, for mobile, the help section doesn't tell me how to do this.

I uninstalled this app because it became unuseable. Half the time I tried to use the app it would tell me the user name or pin aren't correct and I can't use the app so it's of no use to me. I gave it 1 star because you can't rate lower.

The font is extremely small. Not very user friendly. Extreme lag Times. Sorry.

It's pretty easy to manuever, however I'm old school and I like the classic catalog best.

Needs some updating so that it is more aesthetically appealing, but it serves its purpose.

the app messed up on me and now its not letting me see tje newer holds i put in.

now they got Rid of Dvd Feature for recently ordered section theres no way of knowing of theres any new dvds on the way

Confusing to set up. Some places they say you need a PIN, others ask for a password. After resetting my account I figured out they usw the terms PIN and password interchangeably. Description of the app says it has the event calendar. It does not. As a parent I have minors with library cards. I wish it gave me the ability to add their accounts to the app too. I need to see due dates for the books they check out too.

It's very "interesting" app! It will be very nice to know what developers meant when for login they asked to put your "Barcode" and "Pin?" If you forgot your "PIN", it was asked for your "Barcode." I tried my username and password what I use for my library and, of course. it was unsuccessful!

Very helpful with finding titles, and renewing books. I wish there was a way to pay fines on the app instead of having to go to the full website.

Convenient way to locate and renew library materials while saving time, gas money, and unnecessary trips to the library. I am so greatful for this app.

Great app but i would like to suggest to have some notifications alert when a item on hold is ready for pickup. And also be neat to get a notifications for a reminder that the items are due soon. I personally add the dates to my calander and set up a reminder 3 days before but i think it would be a nice feature for the app.

Fantastic app can't live without it if you're having an issue with it not showing the log in you just have to force it by pressing borrowing

Every single time I logged in I had to change my password because the app wouldn't recognize the password. The login works fine on the website.

Login failures. Doesn't recognize account numbers, or pins, or passwords. Fail.

It's better than no app . . . but only barely.

I like the ability to place holds on items with my phone. However, this app feels limited in scope. Half of the buttons take you to the website anyway that obviously has more functionality. The app itself is not very polished and feels incomplete as well as not very user friendly. It is also very odd that the app icon has no name, so when sorting by alphabetical order in my app locker it always is the first app, and that annoys me.
