Very slow to perform any task. When searching for a book, it takes forever to open the desired entry and then select options to hold a book.
This app is terrible. Surely they could have someone upgrade and get a nice running app up for them. Especially with the library closures and us having to get books online.
Even after proper authentication and pin/password, app gets infinite boot loop that sends you right back to the sign-in page. Completely unusable
It constantly fails to log in keeps returning you to your account info page then fails to authenticate even when the info is correct. Needs to be updated and fixed.
Can't pay fines through it. Loops to login screen. Poor interface. The SD County Library and it's users deserve so much better than this. Please fix it or lose this developer!
This app is a joke. I went to the site of my fave library and saved it to my desk top. At least l can review and order what I want.
the lamest app I've ever installed. Half the time I can't even use it and have to use the website. If I have to use the website why even bother with the app?
good app, previously I gave it 5 stars. but it doesn't save my log in information anymore. That long complicated library card number and my password have to be entered from scratch every time. The check box to save log in information is always checked but doesn't work anymore. please fix for 5 stars.
Kept giving me "Authentication failed" error while I can log on to the website just fine. Tried it on two different phones - HTC One M7 and M8
I usually use the website via my mobile browser, but decided to get the app to speed things up. Unfortunately, that was not to be. I was searching for "41: A Portrait of My Father", but the search function didn't come up with anything for "41", nor "Portrait...", and didn't come up with the newest book when I searched by author. In desperation, I went to the Amazon app and looked up the book's ISBN. Alas, that didn't work whether. I went to the website from my phone, put in the same info, and bam! Done!
Great app for the purpose but the search function needs improvement. For one, it won't let you return to search results if have reserved a book. You have to do the entire search again.

Won't let me log in. In the description it should add what libraries work with this app. I downloaded San Diego PUBLIC library app and that works for me.
This app makes it so much easier to access my account and renew items, etc. on my phone, rather than having to use the browser to access the website. I especially like the direct link to ebooks!

If official why not on the .Gov site
The update of this app ruined the autofill feature so you have to put in your library number manually every time. It wasn't like that before. I would give it a high rating if they fix this. Not quite as slow as it used to be.
