Why would you ruin a good app? Nothing works now, it keeps crashing.

I loved this app but had problems when having to reset my phone. The customer support banned me from ever using it again. The CEO actually sent me a message telling me that I had tried ten times to have more then one I d but I only heard from customer support one time besides this time. And when you explain that the software wasn't allowing me to log in with Facebook the CEO told me that blaming his software was my way of trying to get by in them. When in reality it was a login problem with his software. He even went as far as to tell me that if i used his software again he would take legal action. Great app but terrible horrible people I charge

I love this app. The prizes are legit and I learn more things about my team every day.
The older version worked much better. The new version shuts down more than it works.
Cannot play games to earn points for merchandise. Not happy.
Old app was way better, this updated version doesn't work well, it freezes, you have to download games to gain points, the point system now takes longer to collect for prizes.
I just wish there were more options to get points. Like maybe watching ads cause really the only way to gain points is to play trivia and download apps.

The app keeps freezing when I try to do the trivia games and when I go into the menu to send a message or check anything in the menu section. This started after this last update. Really disappointing.
Older version was much better and faster. New version glitches and exits app too much. Please fix soon
I haven't gotten any items however if I'm going to waste my time playing games at least I MIGHT get something back from it :) I'll update this review after more time passes.... I've had it a month or so.
I used to love this app. I hadn't used it in a while, but after getting back on, it seems a lot harder to earn points.
The older version was much friendlier for the technologically inclined like myself
Since new developments app has been screwed up say after day. Today is just too much. Added San Diego today and am told every message I have already reached max points. I haven't ever played this team! I'm done. Not worth the hassle for what is offered.
I would like it more if you dropped the political ads, especially since you seem to know only one politician. Not everyone likes her either.
They deactivated my account for no reason
Before the new "better" update it was a very simple easy app. Easy to earn points & reedem. Now with all these updates the app constantly has to be un-installed & reinstalled, and once that happens all my points have been lost 3 times. I don't get them back & when I message support I get answers days later. I really hope all my points are replaced.
I am started to have mix feeling about this app. I loved the old way, now it kicks me out way more, tells me i already earned something when i haven't even been on the app, or my points dont add up like the old way. Wish it was better again so i can LOVE IT again. Kinda sad
Use to be able to earn substantial points everyday. Ever since the update I don't even bother to play anymore. I tired to remain positive but the first version was so good compared to what it is now. I am really sad because I was earning a lot of Amazon credit now I can't even get enough points for a $5 gift card.
Can't see how many points I've acculated; I have 3 kids at home and don't have time to install and engage in App for days just to get points. Do like the trivia though. If it's going to take even longer to get to my goal, I don't see myself playing this App any more ..loved the old App better.
I loved this app but the new update is the worst. It doesn't give you points. It makes my phone lag. It's not user friendly. Also I can't look at other sports like hockey or baseball anymore. I shouldn't have updated. I'm really sad about this and hope they go back to the old version but for now I'm gonna have to uninstall. Please fix it louder rewards.
Since the update, I dislike this app! I will be uninstalling it. It will take forever to get points toward rewards, there are no reward points, have to watch a lot of videos for 10 smeasily points. Not happy at all. This was my post before the update and gave five stars....Love this app! Earned a $25 Amazon gift card! Working on a new reward!
App was MUCH better before update! Much harder to earn points. Now there's annoying ads. Must download and install apps and keep those apps on your phone for days, before you even receive points. Probably uninstalling.
Like the trivia bit everything ends is horrible. Can't see how points accrued for the day, don't like the requirement to download multiple apps and keep them for days to earn points. Old version was waaay better. Please fix this asap!!
I should have known better than updating the App. It ruined everything. Might as well uninstall it.

ok so first off the Rewards Support has been awesome!!!!! and i love playing games!!!! i just redeemed my points for my reward i have been working so hard for!!!! i love this app!!!!
