No big problems but lack of functionality. Love to be able to click on an author's name to see other books. Very lazy app.
This app is not user friendly. In my opinion. I have a hard time finding books I'm looking for. But once I do it works well.
Useless. Fails to let me log in. The website works fine.
Works well for finding volumes and requesting them.
It's a nice app, but after 3 years... still useless. There is still no login option on the main screen or the main menu. I have to open a menu, select "other" and then select login. Then it always forgets my username and password, so if I'm on the road the app can't be used.
I'm a little disappointed. The online library has Rosetta Stone available but the mobile app does not have this feature.
Doesn't open after latest update
They fixed everything. I've deleted my negative comments. It's now a good, useful app. Only wish is there were better integration with Cloud Library . But since you can go to Cloud Library app itself for browsing and downloading, all bases are pretty much covered.
All bugs fixed. Wonderful app again.
Useful, efficient, clear. Has all the features I use the Library website for, on Android.
App was good but now it crashes after I upgraded to Android 7. Hope they fix it.

Easy to use
App makes a lot easier to request a hold, extend and to see what books a have with me.
There is no need for half the permissions this app requires. The san diego county library doesnt need call logs and id and all the extras this app asks for. This is a security issue and should be adjusted. You don't need my whole life to run a library app.
Easy to use, after you work through the new login requirements that SDPL has implemented. Very helpful, recommended to any library user.
As a frequent library-goer, I appreciate the improvement on the app. It is easier than ever to view fines, request materials, check due dates, renew items & see which of your holds have arrived!
This app works just fine for me I love it, I just wish it notified me when books or movies were due soon... That would be a great feature for you guys to add... Other then that it saves my password and user name so I just have to click log in and I'm in....
