Hangs and needs to be rebooted opens to the same spot and hangs again. Rebooting the whole phone restored the app

I cannot login to the app after registering with an email and password. The login button remains a unselectable, even after entering my information. How do you login?

Had to take away a star from my previous review; app seems to be slowing down and taking forever to load some pages. Have it on more than one device so it's not a device issue. It would also be nice if it would let you know when it needs to be updated instead of letting you sit there and think you have no connection at all.

I subscribe, and everytime I click a notification to take me to the app it tells me I ran out of free articles. When I find the article it opens like it should (I'm signed in and subscription shows valid). Really annoying that notification doesn't take me to the story without this error. Thinking of unsubscribing...

It is a great way to receive the news paper. Occasionally a puzzle will lockup, and the puzzles are usually fuzzy, making it almost impossible to read the crossword cell numbers and some clues.

I can't access the newspaper. I keep getting a message that I've read all my free pages for the month yet I'm paying google $7.99 per month for unlimited access. Contacted UT customer service (absolute worst customer service!!!) and they said to contact google. Yet the app info says to contact UT. UT needs to get their act together or just close down.

Can never read an article without a Google ad covering at least one paragraph. I'm a subscriber to the UT and I understand that newspapers have ads. They don't cover article content with ads though. The app does. Thumbs down.

I don't care for this app, the way the news is presented. It's awkward and time consuming and daunting to forward a story. I plan on not renewing this subscription although sometimes they beat the NYT and WaPo in breaking news.

push notifications are good and the overall layout of the app is great, but it's regularly displaying ads covering portions of the story.

Wish UT provided a brief summary of it's top articles, preferably to my email like the WaPo and LA-T do, then I could click on those of greatest interest and go to full story. It's okay, though.

I'm signed in and a subscriber, but when I open stories from alerts, the app doesn't recognize that. I'd like to not have to search for the story I was alerted about.

Clicking union tribune links open browser instead of app. This is trivial to fix. I've even provided feedback with the fix.

There should not be ads when I PAY for the subscription to the UT. The ads are very intrusive and they slow down the app and phone.

I'm getting the same error as Kate V. I downloaded the appa and paid 7.99 via google play. I keep getting the error that I've reached my free reading for the month. I've called the Union Tribune customer service and they said to call Googloe. This is UNSAT. The UT offers a .99 cent monthly option. My bank posted the payment on 25 October and the online and mobile apps both don't work. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION???????

interesting that your app has ads throughout for other online newspapers. why do I have to pay for this and still get inline advertising. in epaper mode, why can't I locate sections using the Index on your front page.

BEWARE!!!!!! Be prepared to pay for this forever. Once you subscribe there is NO way to cancel your subscription. No way to manage your subscription. It is a Trap App!!!! Beware.

love it but the latest version seems to reset more often than previous versions. Still. I love that it has the feel of reading a newspaper.

Works good except for release of new paper which takes a few hours to completely download .alsi you have to start from page when refreshing...

Doesn't launch & just starts/gets stuck on SD UT page on a Galaxy Note 10+ for 2 weeks now. What a waste of my digital subscription!

Huge improvement...still some issues (reboots mid article on first article read od session) but it no longer freezes...

everytime you open an article to read, it freezes and you have to exit out and restart.

Since the UT can't its act together with the delivery of an old-fashioned paper... I'm stuck with this. It works well.

Great public interest articles ... nice to have an uplifting and positive article given our present day news climate ... no pun intended!

It keeps telling me I've reached my monthly limit even though I have unrestricted access. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I subscribe to the U-Ts electronic version but this app insists I pay again! Cancelled and uninstalled.

app reloads constantly, breaking the flow of reading an article.

Mostly old news Monday Tuesday editions are useless very few news section the rest are ads Not worth your money

odd app crashes when not actually running in foreground

abysmal. same news stories repeat over and over.

does everything it said it would. i havnt had any problems with adds sinse i downloaded it.
