San Francisco 49ers

It would be nice if we would get faster updates on roster, injuries, trades and etc, then espn or nfl app! The 49er app is the last place I go for fast updates! And I bleed red and gold. Maybe we need more journalists putting more effort on updates?? Its sad those other apps have quicker responses. Unless the organization is deliberately waiting to reveal info?! lol

EVERY single time I try to access my tickets or other info, it always tells me "session expired!" I have to try several times to open app. Very frustrating especially on game day.

Every time I click on create personalized 49er video the app crashes. 6 times now. Would have really liked to have created a video. PLEASE FIX IT!!

Season ticket holder experience needs a complete overhaul. Instead of putting everything at the bottom for the season ticket holders, maybe make that the top part and have to click some link to request information. App is clunky, crashes half the time and is overall a pretty poor experience. I expected more from the thousands we spend on tickets (especially since we don't get hard copy tickets anymore).

The greatest team ever and the app shows that, has everything i want.

The app constantly crashes only works 10% of the time and makes the experience at the stadium very difficult

I can't buy anything without the app, and need to use the qr code scanner, but the scanner doesn't work. The camera is reverse and all I see is a night vision goggles black and white version of myself with creepy eyes. Even when I try to flip my phone around to scan the code, it only sees all white because the stand screen is too bright for that night vision mode. So I can't purchase food at all or take advantage of my season ticket holder free food.

Crashes too much and when you need it most... fine not great when it works...since it's essential for tix and food it should be much better

1) ticketmaster is terrible. I've had 0% success rate where nothing went wrong or their system (PC, app... doesn't matter) worked perfectly smoothly. TERRIBLE. And customer service is non-existent. It's a licensed scam. 2) I cannot change my address. It NEVER (again, 0%) saves my address. It has my correct address in my account profile, but when I buy or post tickets for sale tickets, it still uses my old address. Sometimes it will temporarily keep the updated address, but usually not.

Pretty solid app covering the 9ers. I've been downloading and updating this app for the last 4 years. They always upgrade allowing more features and more information about the team. Great way to keep up with all leagues scores and ratings, as well.

Videos are terrible and don't work, app was good, now it's not so good. GO 9ers!!!

I need to be able to access my tickets reliably and this app is not working half the time. I try to click to get my tickets and the app crashes over and over. Currently I can't access my tickets because of it. Terrible app. I want a reliable way to get my tickets. The access to tickets is most important thing the app is used for and it doesn't work half the time. Terrible app and I don't know how I can go to the game today because the app crashes when trying to access my tickets...

Ticketmaster is terrible. Constantly refreshing. Logs me out and won't let me log back in. Login page keeps refreshing, deleted the app reinstall and it still has problems.....You would think as a SEASON TICKET HOLDER and this is the only way to show your ticket. Getting your tickets is anything but seamless. They charge a fee to sell your tickets to the tune of 60$ per ticket AND charge the people a fee who buy it. Double dipping. Terrible app

This app needs a SERIOUS OVERHAUL. App used to work fine, but now that it's finagled to refresh the bar codes & other safety features it no longer works. It's great to have the safety features, but can you fix the constant crashes since I can't access my EXPENSIVE SEASON TICKETS otherwise.

I really love this app, use it for looking up all the game schedules and seeing all the highlights but I wish there was a wallpaper section. I can't find any high resolution wallpapers for my phone and I feel like the app should be my One Stop Shop for it. Hopefully in the future they will add it!

It's horrible. It crashes constantly. Ok for selling tickets. I do however resent having to use my phone for everything at the game. I would rather use cash or credit card when making a purchase at the stadium. l prefer to leave my phone at home when I go to a game. Its presumptions to assume all fans have access to cell phones

Every time I open the app it stops when I try to navigate past the opening screen. I get more from a network sports app. which rather defeats the purpose of trying to use the team app. ???!

Very good in most ways, but I can't fathom the reason that it won't do landscape video, it's so frustrating watching the plays on a tiny picture when I should be able to watch on landscape!

The app is awesome but when it comes to delievering what you order from this app. 49er store I ordered a jacket and a pack of 3mask for $80. I .e-mailed your company 2 or 3 times and trying to get a hone number to call customer service but have not heard of from no one. I have the trackng and order numbers and would like my things I ordered PLEASE. I LOVE MY TEAM , IVE BEEN A FAITHFUL FAN FOR OVER 50 YRS. It keeps crashing or kicking me off. That's very frustrating.

I agree with the other comments... it's a little slow keeping up to date with the play watch./long delay.. I wish there was more live feed on the games ! When is it's not televised I love play-by-play but it needs to be at a better and quicker speed

App continually crashes. Unable to watch live games when in the area and radio is spotty at best. Don't have this issue with any other application.

During the day of the game at Levi, app said there were no tickets in my wallet, and that I didn't purchase tickets to the game. Even after refreshing. Luckily I had them stored in another tickets app. Would've been a disaster if I didn't have my tickets elsewhere on my phone. App is good for general updates on the Niners, but functionality isn't great regarding storing tickets or to even purchase concessions in the stadium.

Won't let me sign in to access my tickets and I'm a season ticket holder. Always redirects to a broken Ticketmaster link. FAIL!
