**still an issue 6/18/20** Since changing/updating the system and app I can no longer be connected to the app Mint properly. In the past the CU's system would connect to Intuit/ Mint without any issues. With the updates it initially would not let you connect at all. And now it's somewhat connects but it just asks you to connect and reconnect and reconnect and asks for verification codes over and over.
Terrible. Hasn't worked in months. Will not capture the image of my checks. Just sits there. Click manual... Just sits there. So infuriating. No update fixes the issue. That's literally the only thing I want the app to do as I have no branch handy. The app on my wife's iPhone works perfectly every time. Edit 01/30/19. Although it's stated that there has been an update recently, the check deposit function still doesn't work. I recommend you employ a better team to work on your Android app. So bad!
The app is awesome. It is so user friendly, I can not remember having any issues with it. The fingerprint login feature makes life so much easier. These days everything needs a password and different passwords for security reasons, making things so hard to remember. The bill pay feature is so easy to use. Thank you.
Mobile deposit an infuriating waste of time. Will bring up the camera and show check image but no way to "click" and take the picture of it (manual, automatic...flash, no flash. .doesn't make any difference.). Wow, wrote that months ago and still no update or change . Come on developers... 2.2 stars, really...? You should be ashamed! DO YOUR JOB!
I think this app serves all my needs. Checking my balance. Transferring money. Depositing checks. Its functionality is great for me. It previously wouldn't login, the loading wheel kept churning, but that was the fault of my old phone. Unfortunately the app updates left my old phone in the dust. (now using a Galaxy7, previously a Galaxy5)
Since this last update. I can't log into my account. They ask me for my personal information. They they try and verify it. Then it says its unable to and the session as expired. And I must log back in.... i log back in and start this process over again. It let's me get a little farther and tells me its having issues and to try again later. This happened 5 times now..So now I'm unable to do anything via this app?
Why did you communicate very clear instructions for us to delete the old app and search for the new one, but you didn't actually change the app? Your email notice and paper mail notice even showed the new icon, but that's not here. So is there actually a new app? Why not the new brown icon? Why was this app's last update on 4/21 which is 4 days before the changes were supposed to take effect? Please respond so I can actually trust you.
I've been using this app for about 5 years now and it's been good. Always up and running, no issues.
Reliable and easy to use. I've lived all over the country but stick with SFFCU because it has been easy and accessible wherever I go, in large part thanks to the app.
Everything is great EXCEPT the mobile deposit for checks. It's TERRIBLE! Hard to grab the check on my phone (and my other bank is so easy) and the picture you see is not the picture you took.
trying to access account using Samsung tablet brought from Costco. this app keeps crashing when trying to launch. uninstalled and reinstalling makes no difference. app is useless.
for the past months it works when it wants. lucky if I can login at all like today no luck at all. uninstalled then reinstalled, which seem to help but now the finger print login works when it wants.
This app is way worse than the old one. Needless change that made paying my loan much more difficult. App is also slightly confusing and not very user friendly. This was a bad decision.
Horrible! Got rid of their big picture feature without deleting the stored customer information. Now I get alerts all the time, still can't adjust the big picture anymore. Customer service is a joke, gives you a run around. Tellers and bankers have no clue what the big picture was. Leaving messages and emails are no help with no call backs. Shoutout to the teller on Mission street who blurted out my account balance while other people were in line. Nice job made me feel unsafe! Privacy much???

I got a letter from SF FCU saying to delete the existing app and download the new app, but this is the only one that comes up when I search, and the things that are supposed to happen didn't happen.
Got a new phone and now mobile deposit doesn't work. Trying to figure out what's up I noticed this app hasn't had an update in a year! That's pretty concerning.
Ugh.. New update: fine. But there's nowhere for fingerprint login anymore. So inconvenient for me when I quickly need to check my transactions.
Mobile deposit does not work. Like other reviews said, the check image capture screen just sits there without ever taking a shot of the check
I have always loved being a member of SFFCU. Great people in this institution. Your new mobile app fits the bill for the greatest banking experience I've ever had.
When it worked right some hacked my phone difital transactions screen sweep away..............the whole world use that profile go pattsy../ufa
Better than online and so convient.
I like the new look and feel. I have yet to make a mobile deposit, which other people have written in their reviews. For now, it navigates better than the older version

I like the secure part of this app. You can't miss a number or letter of your pass word or they shut your mobile access down and make you call the office. It very easy to access too.
