First time using this app since they axed KFOX/Tune In app. Has cut out 3 times before the 1st period is even half way done. To the point I have to close and restart app again just to get feed to play again. Oh, and another downside? No Chromecast option. I could play to my whole home group of speakers with Tune In app. Now nothing. Just my Bluetooth speaker. Fix these two issues and I'll give it more than one star, but doubt anything positive will change. Par for the course.
Audio feed cuts out after 10 minutes and will not restart from where it left off. Just a horrible app.
As a club level season ticket owner this app is the only way I can get into the game with my tickets. The problem is its always crashing, every time they update it, its broken and its a challenge to pull up my tickets. The recent problems, right in the middle of the playoffs, are just another sad chapter in the horrible saga that is this app. Nobody cares about the stupid fin race. Oah and reception inside the building is spotty at best so when I try to use my app to enter the club level it have to wait forever for the tickets to load. Sometimes it just crashes and I have to stand there like an idiot holding everyone behind me up to try to pull up my ticket barcode. To have something this bad in the high tech capital of the world is a serious joke.
For ticket entry i guess it's pretty good, but for everything else it is useless. I'm gettimg push notifications about the game, different headlines and whatnot. When you click these it just takes you to the app home page with upcoming events (not related to the Sharks), manage my tickets, and guest services, nothing about what you just clicked.
It's terrific but the radio keeps stopping, even when I haven't moved and have full service/data. Then I have to exit the radio portion and re-enter to keep listening, after an ad of course. But when it doesn't self-stop it's great.
App has not let me participate in Pick 3, Tank Trivia, or anything else. It just keeps having me check in over and over. Also, it needs a map of where all the food venues are within the arena, and a schedule of which restaurant is at the Test Kitchen when. You used to be able to get these at the help desk, but they don't have them and think they're in the app but we checked together, and they're not. Also needs a way to report issues - the kind that need an usher and general arena things.
Please fix the background audio playback. It will randomly begin playing, well after I've closed the app. I have to go into app info and force quit the app to shut it off. Also the font within the tickets sign in section. Blue on teal does not work for the eyes.
Broke app; now stops streaming after several minutes. Previous version launched browser audio player which ran perfectly for the whole game. Now it plays within the app and has stopped for no apparent reason twice in the first period.
Loved the old app. Miss the updates at each goal and period end. Have never been able to get the audio to play in the new app. Really frustrating since I'm out of state now.
Application works fine for admission to Sharks games & various team related info. However SAP Center uses the application as a marketing tool for all possible events types which is not why I installed the application. I would uninstall this if I didn't go to Sharks regularly which renders this app necessary. However all notifications have been disabled to silence non Sharks notifications since no setting exists to do this within the application.
This is ridiculous. Part of sharks games growing up as a kid were turning the radio on after the win to hear Rusy on the live instant replay. Does everything have to have an app?! Don't we spend enough Damn time on our phones? Put the game back on the radio. Kfox is where the Sharks belong. I can find all the info this glitchy app tries to provide with an easier and faster Google search. BRING THE SHARKS BACK TO KFOX.
Live game audio would only play a single 21 second clip. Since listening to games was the entire reason I installed the app, I didnt bother to investigate anything else. Uninstalled. Back to the radio station's app.
I am having an issue with the app over cellular data. On wifi, the text shows up when I open the app, whereas on 4g, no text shows up.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. It's awful they make us use this junky, rarely functional app. You CAN NOT use it to put tickets up for sale - that functionality doesn't work. Most of this app is buggy and it never fails to fail at the door when trying to get in...
App always cuts out so it makes listening to games impossible sometimes. Very frustrating as it happens when I have solid cell service or on the Wi-Fi
I so wanted to love this app, however, the constant cutting off of the live feed makes use using the app miserable at best. They either need to fix this or go back to radio.
Crashes repeatedly. After filling out forms to sell tickets gives error messages such as ”unable to edit profile” with no context or justification.
Every time I attempted opening "View Guide" from the "See The Puck" scavenger hunt on 10Feb2019 it would go directly to the "Fin Race" game making this app COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! Cleared data cache, etc., uninstalled and reinstalled the app.... USELESS! Fix/Update your damn app for android users!!!!
Terrible it's basically nothing and when you wanna watch the game it sends you to another app that you can't download in canada, and why do you need another app for that, pretty sure that's what this apps supposed to do, if not then it just doesn't have a purpose
Ticket master integration on August 19th update leaves me unable to see my season tickets that were previously visible. This appears to be the only way I can access these tickets so please fix it.
App opens but will not scroll and doesn't show a menu. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling with no change.
The app cuts out frequently whether I'm on Wi-Fi or 5G. And most infuriatingly it will not run in the background. So I spend more time listening to ads every time I have to reboot the app then I do actually listening to the games. As an out-of-market fan, this is the only option I have for games and it's sub-par at best. Even with the most updated version, it's still cutting out every 2-3 minutes. Fix it.
