Bsnl has a big issue. That is sim activation it takes longtime than other companies Airtel,jio,idea and Vodafone take 1 to 2 minutes get activated sim so solve this problem
Worst app as Intense team is inactive . Full of problems . Everytime its getting prepared for use which is pinching every customer & user . Lots of unsolved error . Their is no one responsible for solving issues of this app . If Google allows negative rating I'll give it to this app .
Can't even run the app..since last 4 days when ever trying to activate a sim..it's showing " server is busy please try after some time".
Subscriber live photo page of ekyc is n't responding.Issue is mostly with slow internet. Also app lags too much.Retailers are struggling.

It's not working in Android 11 After taking aadhar card photo app no longer work
Sir In Samsung Galaxy A10 Android version 11, during new sim activation While Capturing DL/Aadhaar Photo the thumbnail is not updated. Face is updated successfully, but Proof is not. While giving next says " Photo cannot be left uncaptured". Camera permission is already granted. Uninstalled and installed. Reset factory setting and Restart phone. Still Same issue Please Solve
Sometimes it works very well with good features like Fancy number.But during changes /afyer updates it doesn't work/SIM Activation very slow.Atleast they should display flash message in software like "Under maintenance" during any system changes/updates but nothing is happening/no information and ultimately Retailers are suffering because of this
After the introduction of new id procedure the application is lagging in a lot of existed facilities. There is no option for duplicate sim issue, SIM upgradation etc. While all other mobile service providers are up to date why you only couldn't provide it. No private firm will tolerate this sort to neglegance.
Nice only thing that sim replacement facility available for retailors
This app crashes on realme C2, realme3, realme1, even on the start for first time. The user cannot register himself to start the Dkyc process of other users. On redmi 7A, it crashes on photo click while the registered user is doing the KyC of other users. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. P.S. I will change the rating when the issue is resolved.
App crashes when trying to update POS details initially. When clicking photo it comes back to previous page. Unable to use the app. So many problem. It's hard to activate SIM compared to private operators.
sim activation timing are tooo slow.
There is some serious problem with the recent updated version. Receiving huge complain with camera malfunctioning..either its showing complete black image or the whole screen is becoming white, and the app is stoping with an error msg. Intervention required....
Activation process is very easy compared to other. There is no condition for white baground only plane baground is needed, but problem is customers are facing problem in sim lost or damaged case cause they have to travelled for 70 km to get the Sim from bsnl office by submitting the fir or court affidavit etc, so it's my request to BSNL that please add sim swap option for more better service for the customers. THANK YOU.
Sim swap option not available. Long time to activation sim.app meny bugs and errors avelebale. In activation process last time automatic close the app. Camera bug not captured customer and retailer's pic not detected. Need best developer to create a best app such as airtel and jio.
I am trying to login in this app but there is a error {user is blocked}. I will call sanchar aadhar helpline number But no one can attend my call.. and i will send email but same here no answer from bsnl sanchar aadhar. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. And attend customer calls. If you solve my problem I will remove this...

I'm using this app 1 year. This not support Android 11 new version. Not activation done Android 11 version. Error showing *Images not found. Pls re try. Pls do not delete files or clear cache and do not wait too long to submit CAf after document upload.*
worst app update. picture capture option with white background makes the app more difficult. Flex sim in same mobile is must for running the app, which is not possible for retailor to insert all flex sims in 1 mobile.
Older is better than the new one. please add photo click option and sim replacement option. we have to face many problems in this app please do some bug fixes.
Very worst,.,not as per bsnl guidelines, rejection ratio is more. Kindly improve as per bsnl guidelines as below- 1. Photo should be perfect square and clear - Crop and resize needed 2. Background should be white- White background template shoul be there. 3. Image mode, text mode for documents needed. because of non availability of these features maximum CAFs are rejected by authoritiy, Its request to improve above things in app.
Since Sanchar Aadhaar App is very bad application. 1. image quality is very low Please use bright background image/colours. 2. Designing of this app is not interesting to use this app. Where swift app is better than this. 3. Since it is 3rd party app it takes more time for activation of simcard/mobile number. 4. FRC Column is same as CAF upload column then what is the use of FRC column? How will we check FRC status of new mobile no? 5: app is not looking interesting Because of very low design. 6: provide MNP rejected reason to .... If I give feedback also intensetech will not update. If updated it is nice.
Only 4G upgrade available in case of existing sim in working condition and when otp can generate. But in case when customer sim in not working or damaged then how this will be replaced. So please provide us bsnl sim replacement process early.
