Sandals & Beaches Resorts

This app is extremely helpful for checking out events, activities and restaurants. I especially like that you can filter the restaurants to see which ones are open now, as well as look at the menus. It also has a activity planner and check in. Good app and they update it alot so I haven't had any bugs or issues.

Worked well for a few days. Now it won't open the app and states I need to update it. However, both Google play and Samsung store has no update available. Very inconvenient and seems to be a major issue with others as well.

Worked good for a few days. Now all the events in daily planner are gone. So I don't know what is happening daily & all the ones I selected to put in my planner are gone. Tried uninstall & reinstall with no improvement. Frustrating!

The app is about as good as the resort....But honestly, you get logged out constantly for no reason.

The App was not working when updating to the latest version but it got immediately fixed when contacting the support team! Thanks for the quick response action!!

Doesn't accept UK formed booking references (SAN-12345), so you can't add your upcoming bookings. Provided personal details via website to register an account. The app then asked me to re-input a load of those details to complete my profile. Disappointing.

Now it asks for update. I can't log back in. Tried to reset username and password and it never sent reset link to my email. Too aggravating! Unistalling! I'll just use web page.

Unable to log in. 2 different android phones, 2 different problems. Samsung Galaxy S6 - app will not completely load, circle just keeps spinning. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, type in login credentials and nothing happens. It just stays on the login screen with your credentials still in the fields. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app in both devices and no luck. seems the app just does not work. Please fix the app or take it down!

Keep getting updates message but no option to update. I shouldn't need to uninstall but can not find any update option. Can't access app without updating but can't finda way to update.

App never works anymore, always logs me out and had to Uninstall and reinstall to get it to work now it won't work at all.

Useless. I had a preexisting loyalty number - nowhere to input that. I created a new account,and it couldn't match my booking number.

I couldn't even get into the app to use it. Forced to create a profile including you date of birth and full address then once the account is created you aren't logged in automatically so you need to type in your login details you just set again. But you still aren't logged on be because you are then prompted to activate your account in email before you can log in which is impossible because they didn't send an email... What a hassle. I just want to search for a holiday!!!

Tells me to update, takes me to Google and no way to update! I can't access my trip info! This is why I like paper over this bull$&it!

I was excited to have found that there is an app for Sandals. However, it quickly diminished once I realized it would not allow me to join. It keeps giving me the message that my state needs to be 10 characters, even though my state choices were preset.

I downloaded the app and logged in but can't get past the first screen where you enter details as if says "State: length must be between 1 and 10". The state is a drop-down so I can't change it.

I can't even log in. I have an account but I type in the info, the apps says it's incorrect. I try it on the computer to make sure I have the right info and I can log in. It's just the app that doesn't work. Pretty disappointed since I wanted to use this app when we are at the resort.

I haven't been able to log in in a month! It went down during my honeymoon and hasn't been corrected. I even reached out to their customer service to inform them, but no fixes. Either fix it or remove the application.

App stopped working. Can't log in. It will tell you if you give the wrong information. If you enter the correct information, it just stays on the login page. It seems this has been going on for at least 1 to 2 months now (judging from similar posts). If Sandals doesn't take care of the 'little things', I'm not sure I want to give them more money hoping that they will take care of the more significant things. They need to remember, they are far from the only all-inclusive resort.

App constantly logged me out. Half the stuff reserved/planned on the trip doesn't show up on the planer, which would be helpful. So much potential, but pretty poorly executed.

Used to work, now I can't get passed the log in screen. Reset password and user name, didn't get passed the log in screen, again. Then uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same problem. Loved it when it was working, now can't get passed the log in screen.. useless. Uninstalled for the last time...

This app has not worked with the past few updates. It shows a login page, but does not allow me to log in. Just reloads the login page. Honestly, I am highly disappointed.

Won't actually log me in. Can't get past the login screen. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn't do anything. Very disappointed. Updated: the latest update fixed previous problem.

love the app, resort map was very helpful while we were on resort. Would be great to have the on-resort events shown in the app while we are there. p.s the resort photos are very nice.

Hard to navigate, not informative about schedule of events. Now I can't even get in because it says to update but gives no place to do so. It's a disgrace for a company this large.

Tried putting in my booking reference number but app didn't recognise it. Contacted Sandals but because I booked through a travel agent, Sandals doesn't want know or help. Not what you expect with the cost of their holidays.
